I turned 40 recently and it made me realize all the heartaches I've been through are all part of me moving on.
I regret being attached to literally everything, but slowly with time I learned to focus on self care and my mental health
I Lost many loved ones and now my mom is sick with kidney failure it feel like she's already gone because she is in kitanda all the time and barely talks.
So my advice for anyone who is kusoma this....
Look around you, no doubt that wewe need your family au friends... but ''no one'' will heal wewe but your own self.
Start now it is never late.
Your youth is fading each siku so try your best to make your siku worth living
wewe can make a orodha of things wewe upendo to do for a week then achieve them it will boost your energy and put wewe in better mood.
I understand that the pain is unbearable for the things that happened to wewe au experienced.
wewe are the only one who can turn your page don't wait for a push, wewe can make it
Of course don't bury your emotions, let someone hug wewe and take your time make it a long hug, your loved ones au Marafiki are like sun that bathes your whole body
Do wewe know that wewe are smothered with blessings? but wewe might not appreciate it because of life pressures.
My dear Marafiki who read this, I might be a stranger to wewe but I wanted to tell you.....
wewe are an incredible person, wewe have soft moyo that prevents wewe from standing strong against life difficulties
But don't worry, wewe are going to be fine, now let me see that beautiful smile of yours ..and please know that life is good wewe just have to keep going on your path there are roses around wewe to tell wewe that life is not bad. dont stop, never give up, wewe can make it.
May wewe be wrapped in God's love.
Remember:
“Do not fear the rain is only here to help wewe grow.”
wewe are a beautiful person don't let your rose wither go under the rain and wash your pain, tomorrow is new day.

Do wewe siku dream when your outside laying on the grass.Does peace come au go to you.
Does your DOG look like a mbwa mwitu when he au she runs in the wind like the mesteryous mist wolf.
Do wewe dream like your the forest's son au daughter and wewe feel like your born their.
When wewe look at the sun do wewe feel that your part of it.
THE END PLEASE STILL siku DREAM
THANK YOU
To have any man but to upendo only one
To wake with the moon and sleep with the sun
To be a sinner a saint, a lover and friend
To know a beginning but never an end
To fly in the ocean, swim in the skys
Believer in truth, defendant of lies
To be of purest love, the deepest pain
To be Lost and found again and again and again
These are the dreams
Of an impossible princess
To know the power of wealth and poverty
To taste every moment and try everything
To be hailed as a hero, branded a fool
Believe in the sacred and break every rule
To give into pleasure with no boundaries
Living in chaos and harmony
To feel the touch of a man, a woman's caress
To know the limits of torture and tenderness
These are the dreams
Of an impossible princess
Man and woman boy and girl
They want to escape this world
(Nothing's what it seems)
These are the dreams of an impossible princess
It's a way of dealing with all the feeling
Keep believing in dreams
