I am going to give my answer in a little bit because I am still deciding. They both have really nice voices and I don't know why but I think they sound similar.

Ordinarily I would have picked Aladdin but I watched the movie recently and especially during "A Whole New World" I noticed his voice really isn't as great as I thought it was. Don't get me wrong, it's not bad, but not great either. It suits him, though.

I'm not a huge fan of Flynn's singing voice, but I definitely prefer his to Aladdin's, which I find a bit dull and nasally.
