I like the movie, but I think it has a lot of plot holes compared to the others.

I'd have to rewatch a lot of these but Frozen comes off as the least developed story wise. Probably next up would be Brave because that also has a few missing pieces.

As much as I love this movie, there are plenty of plot holes.
- Why was Elsa born with ice powers?
- How did Anna and Elsa manage to NEVER see or speak to each other all those years? No family dinner or anything?
- Why didn't Anna leave the castle? Did she just assume that she couldn't leave since the gates were closed? If so, why didn't she open them to leave? Was she not allowed to?
- Why didn't Elsa tell Anna about her powers when Anna arrived at the castle?
- Elsa realizes that love will thaw the winter when Olaf says that an act of true love will thaw a frozen heart. My question is, how did Elsa use Anna's love to thaw the winter? I mean...did she have to think about her sister when doing so, or what?
To name a few.

^^^^ Exactly what ApplesauceDoctr said. Please don't hate me for this, but I'll take Brave ( which has slightly fewer plot holes in it), and even The Princess and The Frog ( which I do not like much, seeing some of its flimsy construction)--- over Frozen. A movie should be enjoyable or memorable--- otherwise why watch it? Frozen was neither of those for me.
