disney_prince picked Aladin (Return of Jafar, King of Thieves):
Charming: I liked him in the sequels, he was changed a lot.

Phillip: Not very active in Enchanted Tales, cute but seemed pretty boring when compared to his apearance in Sleeping Beauty.

Eric: Hot in original, Goofy in sequel.

Beast: Just came across as being goofy, stupid and angry ALL the time in the sequels.

Aladdin: Stayed pretty similar, Return of Jafar was so bad I payed little attention though.

John Smith: Even more of a twat in the sequel.

Shang: Came across as clumsy, stupid, goofy and bad tempered, not at all like original Shang.

I actually liked Charming better in the sequels because he actually got a personality. Beast was changed way to much, and I agree with what disney_prince said about Shang.

I haven't seen the Aladdin sequels in the longest time, never seen the Aleeping Beauty sequel, and I just want to completly erase Pocahontas 2 from my mind because I hated that movie so much.

Definitely.

Charming was not a dick in the sequel.

Beast was amazing in the sequels because he was just one big ol' twat.

John Smith was lol in Pocahontas 2 because he changed from sexily cocky to complete twat as the film went on.

Shang was the same personality-wise but he was pretty much pressed to the edge of his temper for the point of the story and that took him out of character.

Haven't seen Return to the Sea for YEARS, and never seen Enchanted Tales.

Identical.

Agree with Straggy.

Eric was gay. And that's not a joke. If I met him on the street I would have literally thought he was gay.

Phillip was barely existent in Enchanted Tales.

Oh, Charming had a personality in the original. It was the personality of being a bland, whiney dick.

Mongoose09 picked John Smith (Journey to a New World):
I actually thought he was pretty similar. More twattish, but still similar haha. Then again, I've only seen Return of Jafar out of the Aladdin sequels, and I saw that years ago. I haven't seen Enchanted Tales because I vomited when Aurora spoke so I couldn't go on. Beast changed relatively alot, Shang became less serious, Eric is more boring and as people have said above, Charming gains a personality.

SarahCorine picked Shang (Mulan II):
Shang, Eric and Aladdin. John Smith totally changed. If he stayed the same, he never would have let Poca go. Charming changed but in a good way, he was so much more personality.
