They both are starting this season. Grimm is a police/detective show set in modern day where there fairytale characters are only visible by people called grimms, and it's basically a crime show (an example is a wolf-type serial killer that kills girls in red hoods)

The other one (Once Upon a Time) is a show where there are 2 different realities, the fairytale one and then the real world. I guess there are fairytale characters (it looks like Snow White is the main fairytale so far) that are living in the modern day world in a town called Storybrooke but they are unaware that they are actually fairytale characters. I think they both seem intriguing. I'll be watching them both.

I've tried both. I've dropped both. That tells you something. They just aren't very good. Both shows "lose" direction and purpose quite fast.
