Ok this is an update of another makala similar to this.

#10 Tarzan

A young orphan is adopted kwa gorillas who raised him up as the king of the jungle.

Sorry that this is in my bottom orodha but that doesn’t mean that I hate it au anything. Tarzan which is a 1999 movie from Walt Disney tells the story about a young boy who is raised kwa gorilla’s who Lost their baby who died from a leopard who also killed the young boy’s parents who dies the same siku as the gorilla‘s baby. With great uhuishaji and muziki from Phil Collins Tarzan is definetly the best movie to end the Disney renaissance.

#9 Snow White

A young princess who’s evil stepmother wants her dead befriends dwarves and falls for a prince.

One of Disney’s ok movies, this tells the tale of a young princess who’s mother wants her dead and she meets dwarves along the way as she runs away from her palace. Not as great as The Princess & the frog which is 100% better, I always find Snow White annoying and too sweet. The only part I enjoyed was the uhuishaji and the muziki was ok. What really made this movie disappointing was that there was NO chemistry between the prince & Snow White, like Sleeping Beauty this is one of the most overrated sinema of all time.

#8 The Lion King

A young cub is framed for murdering his father and runs away from home.

Another great movie that is not for the faint of heart, The Lion King tells the story of a young cub who is framed for killing his father who was killed kwa stampedes kwa his uncle Scar. One of the most overrated sinema of all time and one of the best in 1995. The Lion King won an Oscar back in 1995 and muziki from Elton John, colourful uhuishaji and a sad plot, this is one of those sinema that will make wewe cry your eyes out ( I tell ya I was crying like a baby every time I watch it ).

#7 Aladdin

A streetwise guy falls in upendo with a beautiful princess and finds an Enchanted lamp.

Another great movie from the directors of The Princess & the frog & The Little Mermaid, the movie follows a streetwise man who falls in upendo with an Arabian princess who wants to marry someone that she loves and that she can choose who she wants to marry. Later in the movie we see Aladin finding a magic lamp that has a genie stored inside(voiced kwa the hilarious Robin Williams who really made this movie enjoyable). Packed with great music, colourful uhuishaji and hilarious charcthers,Aladdin will always be another favourite movie of mine. The whole message is that Aladin is a nobody who becomes a somebody in the end.

#6 Mulan

A young woman takes her father’s place in the war disguised as a man.

This movie is so overrated as what one shabiki pop user stated. The movie follows a young girl who’s father is in the army. As he is unable to go to the army, his daughter takes his place disguised as a man named Ping. On her way she meets a cricket and a hilarious mini dragon named Mushu (voiced kwa the hilarious Eddie Murphy). What I like about this movie is that I like how Mulan takes her father’s place and I also upendo her courage/brave personality. She kind of reminds me of Pocahontas in a way.

#5 Beauty & the Beast

A French girl takes her father’s place as he was imprisoned kwa a beast who is a prince in monstrous form.

This movie is without a doubt the best upendo story ever made. Set in the 17th au 19th century(judging kwa the style and hairstyles) the movie tells the story about a daydreaming French girl named Belle who dreams of handsome princes in disguise and is the odd girl in the village. A hotshot guy named Gaston(who is a pain in the backside) loves her and wants to marry her but Belle doesn’t like him at all as she describes him as rude and conceited. Her father is a merchant and when he gets Lost in the forest he comes across an Enchanted ngome and is imprisoned kwa a beast who is a prince. Instead of the father ,Belle decides to take her father’s place leading romance between her and the Beast. I upendo the chemistry between the beast and Belle as they are both stubborn and quite different.

#4 Pocahontas

A native princess falls in upendo with a handsome English sailor.

Set in Virgina and based on true events, a native princess named Pocahontas meets and falls for a sailor from England who is looking for gold. What really makes this movie epic is that it is a upendo story between two people from opposite worlds (take Giselle & Robert for instance) who develop a strong bond for one another and their upendo is so romantic.

#3 Enchanted

A cartoon princess is banished to modern siku New York and falls for an attorney.

This movie is my favourite live action movie from Disney as it is sweet, cheesy, over the juu silly, and romantic. The movie follows a soon to be princess named Giselle who is about to marry a prince get transported to modern siku New York in human form and falls for ……….you guess it Patrick Dempsey aka Robert Phillip. The message to this movie is that upendo can happen in both fiction and reality.

#2 The Princess & the frog

A hardworking waitress kisses a frog who is really a prince leading them both turned into frogs with hilarious consequences.

One thing that describes this movie and that my Marafiki is Alleluia Disney is finally coming back to what they are good at. Set in 1920’s New Orleans Tiana dreams of opening up her own restaurant who kisses a frog that transforms her into a frog. The frog is actually Prince Naveen (who is so hot!!!) a playboy prince who got transformed kwa a frog thanks to a voodoo doctor called Dr Faciller. This is definitely a classic movie as it is kikale, kale fashioned and not to mention the jazzy music. The whole message to this is that wewe should never lose out what is really important. Fantastic movie that reminded me of The swan Princess and put the jazzy muziki from Cat’s don’t dance into it and away wewe go wewe get this.

#1 The Little Mermaid

A mermaid who falls for a handsome prince from drowning makes a deal with the old sea hag Ursula in order to have true love.

I always loved this movie since I was 7 years old. With colourful characters, and amazing muziki The Little Mermaid will always be my favourite childhood movie.
