I never bought this whole Doctor-River thing. It was so forced. I loved River when she first appeared in the library, but than her character got totally ruined. I never saw any time & space where Doctor could really develop feeling for her. Or maybe just this ridiculous Child-of-Tardis/ Amy's & Rory's daughter/ Murderer of Doctor storyline was supposed to actually make him love her.

I don't think The Doctor has every really loved River as deep as he did Rose. River was kind of forced on the Doctor- I mean, it was like River suggested that they would be in love in the future, which made The Doctor think they had to be because otherwise it would change the future- if you get what i mean? The Doctor and Rose's relationship was more of a loving friendship which progressed nicely and it was always lovely to watch. :)
