Was it right for the BBC producers to moto Melissa from EastEnders because of this photo?

Melissa has had three warnings due to her inappropriate behaviour of set, due to her london clubbing at only 17, smoking and revealing photographs ilitumwa on Facebook with pictures of her in black bra's and other picha that the producers found inappropriate.

I think that she should've been suspended for a few weeks but not fired - plus she plays a great Lucy Beale! I really hope she achieves amazing things! She deserves that much!
