How do wewe get props? Because I've done alot of stuff here and I haven't gotten 1 prop...

Give it time- wewe have been a member for three months.
people get lots of heshima saying "hey happy i-brushed-my teeth-today-day OMG lol *_*" and they mean nothing. people use heshima as message boards "hey hunni how ru!?" and those mean nothing..and i saw wewe got heshima spammed after this and well..those arent real heshima either.
neither are "thanx for the props/being my fan".
all of those mentioned should be handled kwa private messages au on chat.

the real purpose of heshima (and kwa that i mean the way there were intended when introduced) is that people have a chance to say "well done on those chemsha bongo maswali wewe posted..it was fun answering them" au "great ikoni wewe ilitumwa i was looking for some of XYZ for ages". they are like a pat on the back from the community of fanpoppers. otherwise they wouldnt be props they would be bila mpangilio "restricted to 500 characters" messages.

wewe can do loads for heshima and people still might not give wewe them. The problem is that other people give wewe heshima and that is how wewe get them. People come and visit your nyumbani site and there is a little bar with Home, Videos, images, links, articles, forum,picks, chemsha bongo and majibu then props.
someone (appart from yourself) can click on heshima and decide to heshima either videos, links, majibu picks and all sorts.
Try it on someone and wewe will see. It is really easy once wewe get the hang.

people give each other heshima :)

I only try to give heshima when the material is worth it. Like if a video a person made/found is really good au an makala is well written. Also, I have mostly gotten heshima for my video I made au maoni I have made. If wewe answer things completely in a well though out way people will give wewe heshima as well.

Try to contribute good things and people will give wewe them! au be the first to give heshima and people will give them back! Anyway I already gave wewe a lot of props:)
