Complicated question. (Details below)

Okay, I keep getting an e-mail from fanpop that a shabiki is a shabiki of me, too. The thing is it's always the same person but my number of mashabiki has never decreased instead every time this happens it increases.
So I have two maswali why does this keep happening and could I get into trouble for this? Please help!

Also I don't know if the other person is aware of what's happening.

I just checked my shabiki orodha and theyre not even on it.
