Is anyone else unable to change their profaili background?

I've been trying to change mine for about a week now, but I keep getting a message saying "An error has occurred. Please try again later". I have checked that I have zaidi than enough dhahabu to buy a new background. Is anyone else having this problem?

Probably a stupid glitch. It's been going on for over a mwezi now. So annoying!

I've tried dozen of times today and I've send the help center of fanpop a mail. Hope they can fix this issie

At least they're aware of it and looking into it. I was beginning to fear this place had been abandoned kwa its founders.

Yes,I know what wewe mean.They certainly aren't as active as they used to be.I do keep making them aware that the background issue is still there.
