All it takes is a rating from one single person for the content to have a nyota rating. The stars shown are an average of the ratings that have been given. So if one person rates the link 5 stars, it'll onyesha up as 5 stars. If one person rates it 5 stars and another rates it one star, it'll onyesha up as a 3 nyota rating. yeah but once I rated a new link (5 stars) and it didn't onyesha them.

If you're rating content ilitumwa from the same IP address, it won't accept the rating. Otherwise, I don't know what the problem could be. Try rating the content again :)
