Cherry-Berry smoothie:
1cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen pitted cherries
1 frozen banana
1 TB spoon ground flaxseed
1 TB spoon mlozi butter
combined all ingredients in a blender with 1 1/2 cups of water. if the consistency is to thick add zaidi water.

simple strawberries:
1 to 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
1 fresh banana
1/2 cup frozen blackberry
2 fresh kiwi
1/2 cup frozen mango
just add water (as thick au thin as wewe prefer) blend and enjoy.

homemade "healthy" ice cream:
4 frozen bananas broken into chunks before freezing
2 TB spoons mlozi butter
1 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
blend banana's and mlozi siagi until smooth and creamy. add strawberries and vanilla and blend. put in container and freeze for 30 min for a soft texture au 1-2 hrs for a firmer texture.
