The girls successfully held their fanmeeting in Japan with 10,000 mashabiki on the 13th at the Yoyogi National Gymnasium in in Yoyogi Park, Tokyo, Japan. The ladies performed their greatest hits such as “Gee” and “Oh!“, and also performed their new single “Flower Power“. They especially snagged the fans’ with their outfit and choreography for the new song.
They also had a special segment called ‘Following Girls’ Generation‘, where they invited mashabiki to dance to their songs. About 3000 mashabiki applied to be on stage, but only 5 teams were chosen, including a ‘Older Women’s Generation‘ made up of 48-year-old housewives, ‘Boys’ Generation‘ made up of boys and a ‘Children’s Generation‘ made up of 8-year-old children.
