MBC to air comeback special onyesha for Girls’ Generation.

MBC has announced that it will air a comeback special onyesha for Girls’ Generation.

On the 11th, a representative from the televisheni network revealed that staff were currently preparing for the special program to air this coming January. He stated, “MBC is preparing a comeback special program for Girls’ Generation. Though the details of the broadcast as well as the air tarehe have yet to be confirmed, it is scheduled to air sometime in the middle of January.”

MBC is reported to have set up a special team for the comeback program last month. The special is also confirmed to be independent from ‘Show! muziki Core‘. Though most artists receive around 10 dakika for their comeback on muziki programs, it’s particularly rare for a group to have an independent comeback broadcast like Girls’ Generation.

The members of Girls’ Generation have been focusing on individual and unit activities, such as TaeTiSeo, as well as promoting in Japan. They’re currently readying their 4th Korean album, which is scheduled to be released in January of 2013
