I recently made kura za maoni asking what a member was better at, imba au dancing. The results were not surprising they were zaidi like a given. I wanted to use these kura za maoni to do something fun that involves other girl groups.
A while zamani a orodha that named the juu 40 girl groups from South Korea came out and Girls Generation came out on top. This is what I wanna do, I wanna compare every member from Girls Generation to every group that was on the orodha based on the position they hold within the group. For example Main Vocalist vs Main Vocalist and Main Dancer vs Main Dance, then we'll choose who sings au dances better. There is a catch, the members who were chosen as better singers, we'll be choosing if they're better dancers than their opponent. The same goes for the dancers, we'll choose who's a better singer.
How matches will be chosen:
Main Vocals vs Main Vocals → Better Dancer
The main vocals in Girls Generation are Taeyeon and Jessica.
Lead Vocals vs Lead Vocals → Better Dancer
The lead vocals in Girls Generation are Sunny, Tiffany, and Seohyun
Main Dancers vs Main Dancers → Better Singer
The main dancer in Girls Generation being Hyoyeon
Lead Dancer vs Lead Dancer → Better Singer
The lead dancers in Girls Generation being Yuri, Sooyoung, and Yoona.
In some groups, they don't have main vocals au dancers and some don't have lead singers au dancers so sometimes matches will be chosen like this:
Leader vs Leader → Better Dancer
Since Taeyeon and Jessica both are main vocals, sometimes they'll be pared up with the leader of a group and we'll decide who's a better dancer.
Maknae vs Maknae → Better Dancer
Although they are not the Maknae of the group, Sunny, Tiffany, and Seohyun will be paired up with them.
Rapper vs Rapper → Better Singer
Since Hyoyeon is considered the rapper of the group she'll be pared up with rappers from other groups.
Face of The Group vs Face of The Group → Better Singer
This one will most likely not happen but if it does the results will be interesting. Yonna is the face of the group and she's also a lead dancer along with Yuri and Sooyoung so sometimes they will be facing off with the face if the group.
Vocalist vs Vocalist → Better Singer
All of the dances are listed as vocalist. Sometimes I will also treat sub-vocalist as vocalist.
Please Note:
Not all groups will have nine members so sometimes groups will be paired up with the same person.
Groups with a rotation of members will be chosen kwa their current lineup except group that have limited amount of members.
