Does anybody have advice for a writer with a short term memory?

From one writer to another, I'm an inspiring Graphic Novel mwandishi but I have a problem with taking to long to write/sketch anything, that I begin to forget what I wrote and loose my place in my story. My attention span is bad to, I'm easily distracted and never finish a thing. I also have trouble consintrating at times, which doubles my lack of progress. Does anyone else suffer from a problem like this, it would mean a lot to know it, au know of any remedies, methods and au techniques that could help keep the uandishi prosses going, that would be great?
