Indiana Evans is going to play Bella in H2O just add water season 3. She will be one of three mermaids. Phoebe Tonken and Cariba Heine will be returning to the show but i have not read anything about Claire Holt. I think she is going to be doing a movie. So most likely Bella will be replacing Emma.

Shes doing a horror movie in bulgaria. She'll be in a few episodes and will most likely return full time in series 4.

I heard that Emma loses her powers when she goes to the moon pool on a full moon, but I dont know when. I also heard that Bella will have Emma's powers. I dont think Emma will ever become a mermaid again.
