Rikki and Zane break up permanently after Sophie kisses Zane and tired of Zane’s superior attitude Rikki breaks off their relationship.

The girls find evidence there is new magic on Mako Island and water attacks them and strange things start happening.

Cleo’s dad get’s married again to the national parks manager Sam.

Will finds out the girl’s secret and then helps them.

Cleo and Lewis making a surprising discovery when they experiment by mixing some water from the moonpool and it creates magical water.

After finding out Bella’s a mermaid Rikki & Cleo become friends with her to protect their secret.

Cleo get’s a new job at the Marine Park as assistant dolphin trainer.

Rikki spends more time alone to confront the new force at Mako but soon realizing she’s gone too far she reconnects with Cleo, Bella & Will.

Rikki has her 18th birthday but not before some trouble arises and she’s almost doesn’t turn up to her own birthday party but when Will, Bella and Cleo search for her they narrowly escape from a fire set by the criminals who kidnapped Rikki before. The girls and Will save the day and Rikki returns to celebrate her birthday.

When water attacks on a full moon in broad daylight in public the girls realize the full moon will rise early and confront the force at Mako Island but they get message sent from a comet about the danger to earth the girls must use their powers to save the planet.
