It is a little late to ask this swali seeing how they changed Dumbledore in the third mwaka of Harry Potter and then Crabbe in the Final movie. But I would change the person that plays Lily as a child. I have gone to Google and many ppl have noticed her eyes were brown in the movie, not green.
