I wasn't too pleased when it wasn't in the movie. Especially since it has one of my favorite Ron/Hermione moments ever.

Nineteen Years Later (Book 7) was the worst one in my opinion. I've read better epilogues than that in fanfiction.

It was the beginning of the end, and there were just many very good little moments sprinkled through out that sad scene. As much as I loved Deathly Hallows, I tend to pretend that Epilogue does not exist. I take the name and such as fact, but the writing just sounded like something a fan wrote and posted to fanfiction.net. Just was cheesy and didn't sound like Rowling's writing voice. Maybe she was excited to be done?

Why do so many people like the Epilogue (Nineteen Years Later) in book 7? I personally thought it was rubbish and it was almost as if JK Rowling got lazy and just wanted to hurry to get the series over and done with. I've read better epilogues written by fans to be honest. Is it just me or HBP ending was total epic because it was so sad,beginning of darkness(like shieldmaiden already said)& heart touching and..yeah..epic win!

I ADORED the Epilogue! Rowling said in an interview that she had written it when she had finished Philosopher's Stone and she had kept it in a drawer for all those years. So, obviously, she DIDN'T rush it at all. Seeing as she had ten years to change it. I see why loads of people don't like it. But I, personally, loved it.

Epilogue was the worst. I liked the exchange between young Albus and Harry, but other than that, I really didn't see the point. It seemed to bring up more questions than it answered, so if you're not going to be thorough with it, why bother at all.

OMFG Mongoose09 I so agree, it was so a let down, I felt so cheated.

I don't mind 1-6 but i hated the ending of the 7th book!!!!

I didn't really care for 19 Years later.. It just didn't seem right to me.
