Please help, It's about that Halloween Party America had.

Ok so In many other shabiki made picha that I see about this, in most of them America is hiding a little piece of paper behind England's ear without him noticing au in some others it shows England In that Sherlock Holmes outfit with that piece of paper. So what is that about? is it about one of Himaruya's stories au is it some shabiki made up story ? And what is written in that piece of paper ? Please do tell me :-/
And here we also have an example... look closely at America's right hand... see that piece of paper ...
I really wanna know.

It turns out that written on the piece of paper was a message from America telling England to meet him in the rooftop. And about England shouting at America because of the paper, the whole meeting was so because America was dressed up as Batman and he wanted England to be Robin.
