kwa the time Cuddy hung up the phone, she was crying hard. House looked at her. "Cuddy, whats wrong?" He asked her. "My dad.." She tryed to hold back a sob. "He.. he's dying." "Prove to me that you're not the same guy." House looked at her and sighed. "I'll do anything for you."

House had told Cuddy that she could go to sleep, he would stay up and watch Rachel. He had planned their trip to Trenton at 5:00am that morning. He figured that Cuddy needed all the rest she could get with what all was going on.

Cuddy had set her alarm clock to 4:30am, so she could get up and get ready, just as any woman would.

That morning, Cuddy got up and got ready, but she had to roll House out of the bed. Literally. She couldn't get him up any other way at all. Cuddy tried everything. Wilson had agreed to watch her house, but she decided that she would take Rachel with them.
It was 4:55am, it was time for them to leave. Wilson had showed up. "Ok, here's the keys, wewe can eat what ever wewe want, watch TV as much as wewe can, wewe can even sleep in my bed. Just don't make a mess." They all laughed. "Thanks Wilson." He smiled and nodded. "Your welcome." Cuddy kissed him on the cheek. "Make sure wewe don't have any hookers over, Wilson." House had to get a remark out before they left. "I can't make that promise." House chuckled as they headed out to the car. Cuddy buckled Rachel into her car seat. House alisema he would drive and let Cuddy get some rest.

Just as they were waiting in a red light in Trenton, a car ran into the side of the car. On the drivers side, on House's side. It knocked him unconious. Cuddy jolted awake to look over at House. She cried fearing the life of all of them.
