(Cuddy leaned back in her chair.)
Cuddy: We slept together.
(Wilson was stunned kwa this revelation.)
Wilson: When?
Cuddy: A few weeks back.
Wilson: How could wewe keep this a secret?
Cuddy: I don't know. It just never came up, until now.
(Wilson began to get angry.)
Wilson: Lisa, wewe need to figure this out.
Cuddy: Why? wewe think he'll break my heart?
Wilson: I think you'll break his.
(Cuddy looked worriedly at Wilson before he left.)
(House was distracted throughout the whole of the DDX and couldn't find the energy to ridicule anyone.
Instead he stayed silent and massaged his leg, the pain had increased ten fold. Wilson walked into the DDX and House immediately gave the team their orders, and as they left he limped in pain towards his dawati with Wilson in toe.)
House: I need wewe to give me something stronger than vicodin.
(Wilson rubbed his face whilst looking at House in the most severe pain he's felt since his last detox)
Wilson: I know what happened between wewe and Cuddy. I know this is psychological.
House: Cuddy told you. Well if wewe won't give me the drugs, at least give me a PET scan.

(Wilson was in Cuddy's office, with the results of the PET scan of House's brain.)
Cuddy: What is it?
House: House's PET scan.
Cuddy: Oh my God.
Wilson: He's got a tumour, the pain he's feeling isn't from his leg; its caused kwa the tumour.
(Cuddy looked up at Wilson with disbelief.)
Cuddy: wewe need to get a biopsy.

(Wilson sat opposite House at his dawati in House's office.)
Wilson: The leg pain isn't leg pain.
(House stopped rubbing his leg, and looked up at Wilson.)
Wilson: wewe have a tumour.
House: Damn.
Wilson: I need to do a biopsy.
House: Does anyone else know?
Wilson: Cuddy knows.
House: Why did wewe tell her?!
Wilson: House, she needs to know.
(House became zaidi irate, the pain getting worse.)
Wilson: We need to do the biopsy now.

(House was in a recovery room, still asleep. Cuddy was sitting at the juu of the kitanda watching him peacefully.Wilson opened the doors, and handed the results to Cuddy.)
Wilson: It's benign. Maybe it was because of everything that's happened. The pain need to find somewhere to resonate.
Cuddy: wewe removed it?
(Wilson nodded, and Cuddy looked back at House.)
Wilson: Is he awake yet?
Cuddy: Have wewe taken him of the anaesthesia?
Wilson: Yeah, and saa ago.
Cuddy: He should be awake kwa now.
Wilson: House!
Cuddy: There's still a pulse.
Cuddy: House!
(Noise drowns out.)
(We enter House's subconscious mind. While he is in a coma, we learn zaidi about him.)
