Eight hours later, and House had just woken up, and was staring happily at Cuddy who was sleeping soundly in his kitanda inayofuata to him. He moved a stray curl from her face, and smiled as she began to wake-up. Cuddy let out a happy sigh, before she smiled as she noticed House was still in kitanda with her.

House: Morning.

Cuddy: What time is it?

House: Nearly five.

Cuddy relaxed into the pillow.

Cuddy: That was great.

House: wewe like?

Cuddy: I like, a lot.

Cuddy smiled, before she slipped out from beneath the sheets, and began picking up her clothes which where around her, and began to get dressed,

House: You’re leaving?

Once Cuddy had put on her dress, she turned back around, and crawled back onto the bed.

Cuddy: Don’t make me spoil it House, this was amazing, but…

House: But what?

Cuddy: I’ll see wewe at work.

Cuddy kissed him tenderly on the lips, lingering for just a moment, before she went back to finding her clothes; picking up her heels and stockings. House thought she might turn back, but she didn’t, she left. House fell back into his bed, looking up to the ceiling regretfully.

Wilson: Hey.

Wilson found Cuddy in the clinic, he noticed there was something different about her, but dismissed this as over analysing. Instead, Cuddy was the one to ask the questions.

Cuddy: Hey. Have wewe seen House at all today?

Wilson: No, why?

Wilson, being the intrusive type, didn’t expect Cuddy’s first priority to be House and his whereabouts.

Cuddy: No reason, just asking.

Wilson: Shall I tell him you’re looking for him?

Cuddy acted fast to stop Wilson from getting House to come speak with her.

Cuddy: No. wewe don’t need to do that. Do wewe have clinic duty?

Wilson: Err, not for a few zaidi hours.

Cuddy: Well, wewe can get started now.

Cuddy handed him two patient files, and walked past him, and out of the clinic. Wilson was left standing there, bemused.

House: Good morning.

House startled Cuddy as she was waiting for an elevator.

Cuddy: Great, I was just on my way to your office.

House: Really? I wonder why?

Cuddy looked at House sarcastically, before he stood inayofuata to her.

Cuddy: We should talk about, what happened.

House: What happened?

Cuddy: Don’t jerk me around House.

The elevator doors opened, and they both walked inside.

Cuddy: Sorry, this elevators taken.

Cuddy prevented a couple from entering the elevator with both her and House.

House: Well, if wewe wanted to have sex in here too, there’s not really enough time.

Cuddy: House, what happened last night, we got caught up in the moment. I’m hoping that it won’t happen again. Ever.

House: Hoping eh? Yeah, I don’t think that’s going to get wewe anywhere.

The elevator doors opened, and they both stepped out, and they both made their way to his office. Completely ignoring his team, who where on tender hooks waiting for him.

Cuddy: Maybe we can talk properly when your team isn’t looking.

House looked over into his outer office, where his team were all sitting with files open on the table. He threw his rucksack down, and leaned in on them.

House: Who and what is it?

Taub: Thirty mwaka old judge, CNS fluid has turned to sludge causing brain impairment and is slowly rotting it.

House: Then do an FMRI, blood tests, PET scan. Hell, do everything and keep yourselves busy.

The team paused for a moment, before they both got up and left, as House went back to dealing with Cuddy. He sat down, whilst Cuddy stayed standing.

House: Now you.

Cuddy: I’m not denying anything; I just don’t want this getting out and becoming the main discussion of the hospital.

House: Don’t worry, this could never beat the hot topic of whether you’re pre au post op. Actually, it could.

Cuddy: I’m going to take that as, you’re not going to say anything.

House: Where would the fun be if I did?

Cuddy nodded in reassurance before leaving. House sat back in his chair and waited for the predictable Wilson to arrive…
