"I remember as we slept, I held my palm softly against your right breast. I could feel your pulse, and as I traced your nipple and felt wewe lean against my hand even more, I realized how hard I could fall for you." House alisema from his kiti, kiti cha on the sofa. Cuddy stopped her packing and walked to sit near him.
"Is that why wewe weren't there when I woke up?"
He smiled sadly and turned to meet her eyes.
"I'm sorry that I left...If I hadn't..."
"What? wewe think we'd be married now?" She asked with a curious gaze.
He chuckled bitterly and stood up.
"No...I'd screw it up somehow...However, maybe if I had stayed, then we would at least be sharing this hotel room, instead of me doubling up with Wilson...and Lucas would be with some other single mother who is desperately trying to songesha on from the one man who makes her moyo full of fire."
Cuddy closed her eyes briefly and then stood up beside him.
"I didn't want to keep it from you..."
"It's okay, Cuddy. I was in the loony bin and wewe had time to think things over..."
She walked closer to him and placed a hand on his chest.
"You do bring out the moto in me and sometimes the ice...and I would never ask for anything else, but it's not just me anymore." She alisema as she gestured to her sleeping daughter. House put a hand over juu of where Cuddy's rested on his chest.
"Just because I wasn't that guy before doesn't mean I can't try to be that guy now...I wasn't willing then, but I am willing now."
Cuddy kissed his hand and then met his eyes once more.
"I know wewe are, but maybe I'm not."
His eyes closed for a moment and then he drew her hand away. He started for the door. Cuddy shook her head to herself feeling unsure of her decision.
"House, It doesn't mean I don't care about you..."
House stopped at the door and on impulse limped back to her and invaded her personal space.
"You zaidi than care about me... someone told me once that wewe can't feel that much guilt without love." He alisema before gently kissing her cheek. Cuddy shivered under the sensation.
"Good night, Lisa." He alisema as he finally left her room.

Compensation

To be able to breathe out
ones unhappiness

to breathe out deeply
so that one can
breathe in again

And perhaps being able to speak out
ones unhappiness
in words
in real words
which are connected together [coherent]
and make sense
and which oneself
still can understand
and which perhaps even
somebody else understands
or could understand

And to be able to cry

This again...

He came into the office. He was running late and he was definitely Lost in thought.
N - You’re late. “How was your week?”
H – It had seven days in it.
N – He chuckled a bit. Ok. “Tell me about it.”
H – Not much to tell.
N – How are things with Cuddy?
H - We were leaving the hospital at the same time and I asked her how the baby was? I hadn’t seen him since he left the hospital. She told me he was fine.
N – wewe didn’t ask to see him au if wewe could help?
H – She has a nanny. If she wants me to see him she let me know.
N – Ok. How are things with Wilson?
H - I was running...

As House was holding Rachel and Cuddy was holding their son he suddenly sat Rachel down and excused himself. He told them he had an appointment but the truth was he suddenly couldn’t breathe. He was right in the center of everyone he wanted to be with; the place he wanted to be; but he had been there before and Lost it all.

He returned to his office to pick a case and get the team started. They were reviewing two files as House came in.

As House reviewed the files he decided to mgawanyiko, baidisha the team and take both cases. He walked over to the coffee maker and cut some straws so they could draw for...

Months had passed kwa and things had changed tremendouly at the hospital. Wilson had stepped back into his position as "Head of Oncology." They had filled Cuddy's position with Dr. Jan Bostwick.

She was a woman with something to prove and she had heard of House's reputation so when she got to Princeton she had an angenda. She wanted to prove she could turn a profit and put House in his place.

She had been successful at both those things at the expense of patient care. Ms. Bostwick was cutting costs kwa cutting doctors and nurses and the heads of the departments were struggling with a heavier...

"She peed on me."

"I know."

"Twice."

"I know."

"You so owe me."

"I know."

"I knew this was a mistake from the moment wewe asked me."

"And yet wewe still did it."

"When one of my Marafiki asks for help with a long overdue parasite extermination problem, I feel obligated to oblige."

"Her name is Rachel, and she's not a parasite. And I didn't ask wewe to exterminate her, I asked wewe to babysit."

"Which I did."

"Hardly well."

"As least I wasn't out selling myself for money. How much do wewe really want...
