Chapter 3
Surprise! And not the good kind…
A few weeks later I showed up at work and njiwa right into clinic duty in hopes of getting my mind off of House.
The first patient I had was saying something about a headache and sore throat. I diagnosed her with a head cold, gave her meds, and sent her on her way. I was feeling a bit under the weather myself and threw up in the bath room. After fixing myself I went to my office to find House sitting in my seat.
“I need wewe to approve a liver biopsy”
` “Ok, fine, go do it” I alisema hoping he would leave before I told him how much I needed him, how much every songesha he made, made me want to kiss him with all the passion in the world, how much I really wanted him. I was thrust from my fantasies when he walked out of my office.
After a few dakika he returned looking confused, one thing House rarely was.
“Why did wewe just let me do a liver biopsy on a guy with a broken finger?”
“I don’t have time House” My lips quivered softly at saying his name.
“No, wewe just want me to go away.” He alisema stepping closer to me.
After watching him get closer, I took a moment to regain my thoughts. God he looked so muscular…. What was I saying? Oh yeah.
“You’re a genius! No wonder I hired you!” I alisema sarcastically.
“No wewe hired me because wewe want to jump me.” Another step closer. If only he knew how much he was right. If only he knew how sexy and sensual he looked.
“I hired wewe because I know you’d be good for my hospital.”
“You hired me because wewe like me, because wewe want me.” He alisema stepping so close I could feel the need and passion building in my body. I could feel and smell his sweet breath on my face, and his intoxicating cologne.
“No, I knew wewe were a good doctor.”
“No, wewe wanted to jump me.” He repeated getting so close now I could almost feel his moyo beat. Again I longed to pull him close and kiss him, to slowly and passionately kiss him, I sighed knowing that I couldn’t.
“I…I…” I was distracted kwa his muscles and the look in his eyes, they were pilled with lust and passion.
After a few moments of just staring at him I replied, “Then why haven’t I.”
“You did rememb-” He cut off and suddenly looked haunting.
“You were remembering the hallucination weren’t you?” I asked softly.
“Y…yes.” He admitted sadly shaking his head. I was shocked at how honest he was being…what was going on?
“I…”
“Shhh..” He cut me off, “I don’t want your pity,” And with that he walked out.

The rest of the siku went kwa slowly as I replayed the conversation House and I had had earlier. Also being sick made me feel zaidi miserable than usual. I ended up throwing up only one zaidi time that siku and was fine until I got ready for work the inayofuata morning.
Lucas saw me vomit and asked me if I was ok and I told him I was and not to worry.
“Since when have wewe been throwing up?” He asked.
“Yesterday morning.”
“Did wewe throw up last night?”
“No.”
“Are wewe late?”
“Wha- what do wewe mean? I was late for work yesterday because I overslept…”
“No no not that kind of late.”
“What do wewe mean?”
“Your period.”
I closed my eyes and took a deep breath, fuck…
