Cuddy was sitting on the sofa stroking the plush teddy bear. Her eyes were swollen red from all the tears she had shed since losing baby Joy earlier that day. The baby died along with the mother. The infection was too much for either of their systems. How cruel and ironic could life be? Only two years zamani she was able to save a mother and her child when all odds were against them. Why was she not allowed the same happiness of saving the life of her soon to be adopted daughter? Why was she always left so unlucky?
Knock. Knock.
Cuddy was taken from her thoughts as she heard a steady banging at her front door.
"House? What are wewe doing here?" she asked as she tried to wipe away some of the wetness from her eyes.
"I thought wewe could use a drink." he alisema inaonyesha her the bottle of scotch.
"Come in." she alisema as she ventured toward the sofa again.
He came and sat inayofuata to her. The teddy kubeba was on the coffee table. He set the scotch inayofuata to it.
"I know you've heard this alot in the last few hours, but there was nothing that could have been done."
"You're right I have heard that alot and it never makes me feel any better," she alisema as she got up and started to pace the room.
Unsure of what to do, House opened the scotch and took a swig and then offered some to her. Cuddy took the bottle from his hands, swallowing a small sip before handing it back to him.
"I don't want to drown my sorrows, House. I should feel this pain. Maybe I just need to realize that I won't ever have what I want most. If I remember this pain I'll stop myself from ever going through this kind of torture again."
House stood up and walked over to her.
"No wewe won't. Your not like me, Cuddy. wewe feel the pain but instead of running from it wewe come up with a better plan to conquer it. You're too strong to be that weak," he alisema as he walked closer to her placing a tentative hand on her shoulder. Suddenly zaidi tears fell from her eyes, and she let out a long held sob against his chest. He slowly wrapped his arms around her.
When her cries seemed to quiet he nudged her head up to look at her face. His own eyes were glistening from this great loss she had suffered. Then it happened slowly as if he was watching from outside of himself; he tenderly touched his lips to hers. It wasn't a dramatic au overly sexual kiss but much simpler and even zaidi sincere. It was a loving kiss full of the deep desire for genuine happiness.
After a few seconds, House pulled back uncertain if this was something she would really want. He watched her watch him. Her eyes were a little brighter than they had been but still filled with unshed tears. Her expression was soft and her face looked so young. For a moment he felt as though he was seeing her for the first time. He hoped that she was seeing him too.
He took a kumeza as she began to lean closer to him. He began to lean closer to her. Their noses slightly touching as their lips hovered near.
And then she kissed him.

This is my Huddy poem...I dont really like my last stanza... :) but oh well...if wewe are true huddy fans, you'll understand what im talking about...
HUDDY POEM
Blue on blue,
Sea on sky.
They're not together,
I wonder why.
Short on tall,
Opposites attract.
They upendo each other,
And that is fact.
Both so arrogant,
Yet, both so cute.
No wonder their relationship,
Is hard to fluke.
Gregory House,
and Lisa Cuddy.
So perfect together,
They make Huddy...
pretty gay... :P

Okay, this poem is basically in Cuddy's POV kind of to House. I wrote it to be kind of Cuddy's personal thing, but of course, it turned into Huddy. My first makala on this spot AND Huddy poem, so please tell me what wewe think! It's short and might be a bit confusing at first, but here it goes;
Love.
And that's all I ever wanted.
How did I get here?
Just crying in an empty room
Once again a vacant world to me
I'm hurting and I'm sure wewe know
I hope, and that's just what i do
That the world could be, just be
What i want it to, another happy ending
Which we both know it won't be
Just hold me, so for a second
I could pretend it is
Could pretend it can
Pretend it could be
And maybe I could upendo you
And pretend i didn't know
That it was one of the few things
I was missing.
I know it kind of sucks, but it's my first and what do wewe expect?
