Huddy Article: Shock Thing

She'd told him it was a shock thing because of the baby, and that it didn't mean anything.

But she knew differently.

When his lips pressed against hers, it was bliss. She never wanted to let go of the feeling. Her brain was telling her it was stupid to onyesha her feelings for him, but her moyo told her to upendo him.

Lisa Cuddy was sitting at her desk, trying to resolve her internal conflict when someone knocked at the door. She wiped her face with a tissue, and tried to act normal.
"Come in," she said, fighting to keep her voice steady. Wilson cautiously entered the office.
"Can I talk to you?" he asked awkwardly.
She nodded, and he closed the door behind him. Sitting in one of the chairs in front of her desk, he took a deep breath.
"I have feelings for you, and I won't deny it. I just want to know - do wewe feel the same way towards me?"

Cuddy just stared at him, and outside the door, the eavesdropping Gregory House tensed.
After a few seconds, Wilson tried again.
"Do wewe want to go out with me?"

The door flew open, and House walked in.

"NO!" he yelled to Wilson, "Cuddy's mine, so go screw yourself!"
Wilson was shocked.
"You heard me! Go! Get out!" he yelled again, pointing his cane at the office door. Wilson stood up and left quickly, closing the door behind him.

"House..." Cuddy wispered.
He went to her quickly, walking around her dawati to stand beside her. House pulled her to her feet with a hand, and looked into her eyes.
"Lisa..." he alisema softly, "Look at me." She looked into his eyes and was amazed at what she found. There was not the usual arrogance, but something else...something she, au possibly anyone, had never seen before.

"Lisa..." he looked down at the floor.
"I..." he met her eyes again, and tilted her head back with his fingertips on her chin.
"I..." he gave up and simply kissed her, pulling her closer to him.

Their lips finally broke apart, with House and Cuddy still holding onto each other.
"So," he said, letting her go, "Just a shock thing?" he asked, raising an eyebrow. Cuddy grinned.
"Maybe not..." she pulled him into a hard kiss, surprising him.

Outside the office, Wilson shook his head in disbelif.
"It figures," he thought. "House finally falls and it's for Cuddy. Isn't it ironic?"

svu_lover1 OMG!!!! My first fanfic, tell me the truth about what you think, critisim is welcome. I basicly slapped this down, so I want to know what you really think.

livi_wells Great storyline, but I agree with huddycrazy1331, a little ooc, but trust me - you get better with staying in character when you write more. :)

svu_lover1 I wrote this BEFORE I saw the ep., so I made this based on what my friend, Jack-O-Lantern, told me happened.

emzypemzy it was good! liked it, but yeah it was a bit OOC, but i know from experience how hard it is to write it in character, 1) cos House is a VERY complex character and 2) you never think you have it quite right! Really good though, i enjoyed reading it! Keep it up and write some more!

Hughlaurie4ever plz write this in a way that it is a fanfic you are a great writer!!

mollyx365 what emzypemzy said .. it was a little OOC but its really hard to write in character but i enjoyed it!

svu_lover1 this is so OOC because I was relying on what my friend told me, cuz i was FORCED to miss the ep. the first time it came on. im sorry it is, but oh well, i'll do better next time...if there is a next time...which there will be, but probably not ANY time soon.
