Questions from a really Huddy twisted mind...would Ausiello, a known Huddy tell us about the proposal in such a casual way if he didn't think some Huddy would come of it?...I am not sure. He is a little partial.

A proposal doesn't mean that Cuddy would say yes. And IF it happens I'm sure she won't say yes to Lucas. She can't be that desperate to find the perfect(?) father figure for Rachel in him.

OR Maybe it's House who will propose her LOL XD XD XD

Anyways, if he left it vague like "there will be a proposal", I was thinking they could be referring to Foreteen or something like that. Or it could be a "proposal" unrelated to marriage, like "if you leave Lucas, I'll take care of you forever".

Like I said, can't read it, so this is all poorly-founded speculation. However, Hilly saying that there's no Luddy proposal has me intrigued. I MUST read the article now!

Okay, see, my speculation was way off base. But it didn't say it involved House or Cuddy. So who are other likely candidates?

Like I said, I think Foreteen is one of them. And dare I say, Wilson?

Hmmm. I don't know if it would be Wilson, that would be too much I think. Since he's been married... like 3 times? And, maybe it is Foreteen. I could see that. But, I also heard (a rumor) that Taub was going to propose to his wife AGAIN, like renewing their vows and such, I guess. So that could be it. Who knows!

Yeah, unfortunately the spoilers we are getting this year (especially from Ausiello) tend to overstate what is going to happen and get everyone (especially the Huddies) all pysched, only to be let down.

Need I mention the "House is going to say the L word" spoiler? I'm sure most of us thought that the admission of his love was going to be a completely sincere one. Instead, it was overshadowed by the fact that he was using it as a power play and had the easy out that he was drunk, should he be confronted.

So, following this logic, I really dunno what this "marriage proposal" is going to be, but I doubt I will be left fully satisfied. Lucas proposing to Cuddy? Doubt it. House proposing to Cuddy? I wish. Foreman proposing to Thirteen? More likely, still doesn't seem right.

Based on what would disappoint the fanbase the most, something like Taub renewing his vows would totally fit. Or Chase asking Cameron to marry him (again).

He couldn't possibly be referring to when Wilson proposes to House in order to screw up House's date with the neighbor lady, could he? That would be so weak if that is what he is talking about...

im not used to the harsh reality of house anymore.

Aussiello is too fond of screwing with our minds to be a real Huddy fan, IMHO... He always attempts to make little word games that usually mean nothing much. It's either that he does NOT have the real information, or he is not allowed to share it, or this "playful" way is what he's after in that job of his.
My point is, i totally think it's the Wilson proposal. It sounds like Aussiello's way to pretend that he knows BIG stuff, when he actually knows (or tells) nearly nothing important.

I shall try hard to keep up this way of thinking regarding the Lydia spoiler... I do not want her back. Not in any way, not if her kid gets sick and needs House, not if it's just a random encounter, AND not if she declares love for him. I do not want back a character that got to have more meaningful intimacy with House than Cuddy ever has, i am too jealous and too hurt to put up with anything like that. I do not want Stacy back for any reason, i do not want Lydia back for any reason. UNLESS either of them comes back after House and Cuddy got together and he sends them away, because he has finally found his true eternal love and wouldn't risk losing her for any other woman in the world. Yeah, baby!

Lol relax guys the proposal is just to throw us off.

Totally agreed. I'm noticing exactly what you described more and more with Ausiello. He gives you a juicy tidbit to get your hopes up and make you think that he is "in the know", but the detail is blown out of proportion or totally inconsequential anyways. Then, when the masses see and are totally pissed off for feeling mislead, Ausiello can just turn back around and say, "Hey, everything I told you was true, wasn't it???"

^^^^^Totally weak, but that's who he is. So, following that logic, I've got myself 99.9% convinced that the "marriage proposal" he is talking about is House/Wilson in 6x11.

It really seems that Ausiello says the most when he says almost nothing at all. Use the spoilers from a couple weeks ago as an example. When people asked him if there was still hope for Huddy and he concisely replied, "There's still hope". To me, that says and means so much more to me than some bull$h!t attempt to get people excited by saying there is a marriage proposal upcoming when it's really nothing more than a joke. As they say on Monday Night Football "C'MON, MAN!"

Oh well, new episode tonight. In all the promos and photos I've seen, it doesn't look like Cuddy is gonna be in this one at all, huh? This is the one where she is supposedly at Disneyland with Lucas and Rachel, right?

Great points, Lipschitz! I feel the same way about Aussiello. I'm also afraid we have to admit that "House" spoilers are never quite the real deal. Sometimes we get big spoilers that are true, but usually there are insignificant details or real stuff that actually happens, but under completely different circumstances that change the entire meaning.

She's supposed to be away in this one, yes. Which kind of makes me happy - the past few episodes of the "Huddy Ice Age" killed me. If nothing good is going to happen, then i'd rather she'd be away, instead of watching her getting all domestic with Lucas and House not standing to as much as look at her... I cannot wait for the episode in which House is supposed to finally break down and get out of his mind with anger and start yelling at her and tearing Lucas's picture and throw it in her face... I have a feeling that episode will make me feel satisfied to some extent...

As a change of gears, I think it is quite stupid how we have breaks scattered all over the place from here on out. For example, we take next week off, then we have 3 epi's in a row. Then we take two weeks off, have 1 epi, take a week off, 2 epi's, etc. Why can't it just be every week, like in the fall? What is driving it (and if you say American Idol, I will go postal)?

I think i've read in Kristin spoilers that the one with the photo is ep 12, so the very next one, but i'm not sure. It's gotta be 12 or 13, anyhow, because it happens before the Cuddy episode.

Did they announce the air dates? Because i had two different lists of air dates, the first one was:
6×11 – 11.01.2010 – The Down Low
6×12 – 25.01.2010 - Remorse
6×13 – 08.02.2010 – Moving The Chains

6×15 – 01.03.2010
6×16 – 15.03.2010
6×17 – 22.03.2010

and the second one was the one they posted after they decided to move ep 11 on the 25th, so that one should not be right anylonger.

So... episode 12 is on the 25th, that is posted on the FOX site. And on Wikipedia, episode 13 is listed to air on February 8th. Did you hear differently?
What i'm dying to know is episode 14 air date... I cannot get myself to tone down my hopes for that one:( Let's face it, it's the first potentially good spoiler i've heard, everything else sucks big time...
