An excruciating amount of pain.
Ichigo stirred in his unconscious
state and began the horrid process
of coming into consciousness. The
pain only sped it up and made him
wish he were back asleep; the
throbbing, as if his head was being
pounded on with a hammer, stayed
in his head, but the rest of his body
was starting to feel similar effects.
His muscles were slow and
sometimes unresponsive, his eyes
were cloudy and hard to open, any
source of light was unbearable to
look at, and there was an awful
taste in his mouth. He stayed in this
state for a few minutes, his foggy
mind...
