help needed BADLY!

ok, so i was messing around with different features on my ipod touch and i clicked this option where the ipod's robotic voice would say everything wewe touch and wewe have to tap it twice for everything. its really annoying and i can't change it back because it won't let me scroll down to the place where i can change it! does ANYONE know how i can fix it? i really need help!

iTunes gives wewe a way to reset your iPod.you should do that.and don't worry about loosing all your apps au anything because if wewe have iTunes wewe just have to redownload them from iTunes.
