(Billboard (the most respected muziki chart on the planet) picks Seo Taiji & #IU's collaboration the #2 best!)
2. Seo Taiji & IU - "Sogyeokdong"
Both the Korean rock legend and K-pop sweetheart njiwa into new sonic territory with this synth-pop spectacular. In a complex combination of sounds and emotions, IU's melancholy coos and honeyed harmonies detail South Korea's dictatorship days in the '80s amid Seo Taiji's symphonic storm of crunchy synthesizers. There's a lovely dreaminess to the track, but there's also a dark history in the lyrics and instrument choices."

On the June 3 edition of 'Sketchbook', DEAN shamelessly talked about his upendo towards IU. At MC Yoo Hee Yeol's swali on the K-Pop artist he most wants to collaborate with, DEAN answered immediately, as if he was just waiting for that question, "IU." DEAN went on to explain his loyalty for IU with a weird analogy, saying, "When an tembo performs tricks with its trunk, people enjoy it, correct? But that wasn't the elephant's design," drawing a tinkling of confused laughter from the audience with his odd comparison of IU to an elephant.
DEAN added, "I even have a song written for IU," and sent a personal message to her. He said, "I can't onyesha wewe on TV, so please contact me."
Perhaps we should be looking mbele to a DEAN x IU collab some time soon?
