I think he doesn't have any plan to end the onyesha as they are now planning to release the Season7 of Supernatural onyesha in coming september...

Yes Jensen has plans to have family when the onyesha ends. He won't do it until then since he films in another country from where he has his home, he has alisema this zaidi than once at conventions.
