Who made this spot?

I`m asking this because:
1] I want to congratulate him/her for making a spot for Jim who is pretty much awesome!
2] I was thinking about changing the banner and the ikoni because in the current ones, wewe can`t really see him. Someone could make a banner and an ikoni for the spot, I think Jim deserves it! ;)
