A T-Rex is usually the king of the Dinosaurs, Mosasaurus' are like the kings of the Sea, Raptors usually acts like a wolf pack and stand together, but the Indominus Rex is more evolved than the three since she is Stronger, Faster, Smarter and can Camouflage.

So technically each of them are considered kings in their way.
