This definitely applies to the heroine of the hour, Katniss Everdeen. In the trilogy of the hunger games mashabiki will notice that Katniss has the worse of luck wewe could possibly get. And its how she deals with it and these admirable qualities she displays that puts her up there with some of the greatest Heroes of our generation.
Katniss Everdeen holds all of the great qualities that a human being would ever want to possess. She is the face that perfectly represents Panem and, Amerca itself. She is such a role model because even through the toughest times she pulls through it. For example she had to deal with losing her father, losing peeta to the Capitol, losing Prim and Rue as well. And in my opinion she handled it pretty well.
