It was the first show I watched that didn't have puppets or was a cartoon, lol.
I do agree with Moosie, but I still love the show and own some of the DVDs/VHSs.

I love the show, too...but on its own. If they had named the characters anything but Ingalls, I'd have thought it a nearly perfect show. I just think they sullied the Ingalls and Wilder reputations with the later episodes, and it's a shame. The show started out just beautifully.
