Belinda
She's independent and strong. She has a very low self-esteem and doesn't really believe it for a second when someone compliments her. She's also pretty intelligent and knows how to make it on her own. Plus she's in love with Richard's character in Klondike, and that should be reason enough on its own.

He's always been discriminated by everyone and that has made him pretty bitter towards life and everyone he knows. He's still strong and he's trying to make it on his own.
