Barry Allen
Barry Allen is warm and introverted. He is very laid back and doesn’t like to rock the boat too much. Barry is very intelligent, he is socially awkward, as he sometimes gets nervous and babbles. Once Barry makes up his mind about something, makes a decision, or sets his mind to something, it is impossible for anyone to talk him out of it. Barry is very stubborn and isn't likely to learn from his flaws until experiencing them firsthand.

Betty Cooper
she's a straight-A student, thus making her arguably one of the most intelligent students at Riverdale High School. Not to mention she's an overachiever. Betty strived to be the perfect student, daughter, and sister simply to please everyone around her. Many often view her as the perfect girl next door, a phrase that she hates as it couldn't be any further from the truth. Mentally, Betty suffers from issues far worse than she lets on. She occasionally struggles with her anger and aggression, and sometimes depression, but deep inside Betty is a joyful and loving person.

Caroline Forbes
Caroline is one of the popular girls at school, Beautiful and chic, she was also very strong and determined, much like her mother She is extremely loyal and protective of her friends. She has a sensitive and loving nature. Despite having a confident exterior and high social prestige, underneath it all Caroline was very insecure, neurotic, and upset that she could never say the right thing to make guys fall for her. This tended to make her an overachiever at times, creating flaws and complexities in her character, leading to various matters that factor into her development as she overcomes them and becomes confident in herself.

Clarke Griffin
Clarke is headstrong, determined, dependable, and intelligent. As a natural born leader who is capable of inspiring all around her, Clarke will contemplate and ask questions before acting. However, she has been shown to make impulsive decisions. She is also fair, selfless, caring, and loyal to a fault. Even after her father death, Clarke shows a high level of devotion and admiration towards him. She is quick to call people out on their behavior. She has a natural maternal instinct,. Clarke is fiercely determined to save everyone's lives, even if they do not deserve to be saved; Clarke is idealistic and sees no reason for torture, cruelty, or violence. She does not wish for violence or war and tries to avoid fighting. However, she will betray her beliefs to protect those she cares for.

Elena Gilbert
She's compassionate, caring, empathetic, kind, intelligent, beautiful, friendly but she can also be pushy, judgmental, selfish, at times prying into other peoples' business.. Her favorite hobby is writing in her journal and says that she's always wanted to be a writer. Elena's actual dark side is her "deep, deep connection to other people". Elena's always surrounded by drama. She's always helping around in her community events and Caroline calls her the mothering type. Elena believes in family, honor, loyalty and community. She is shown to be consistently polite, calm and composed, though prone to great anxiety and panic. She is extremely introverted. She is brave and self-sacrificing, She has a strong back bone and never displays a sense of inferiority. However, Elena can also be a hypocrite, and gradually becomes more and more self-absorbed as the seasons continue, but undergoes several huge changes due to trauma, stress, loss and finally healing. She is flawed; not always able to treat her friends with proper respect, and acting in a smothering, if not controlling, manner toward her brother, Jeremy. Elena exalts personal choice and is known for her forgiving nature.

Felicity Smoak
Felicity is an intelligent, ambitious, hard-working, and tech-savvy woman who is highly confident in her computer skills. Though she doesn't go looking for trouble, she is also not one to back away from danger, particularly when there is a mystery waiting to be solved. Felicity's most prominent attributes are her capacity for compassion, kindness, and trust. She is also a rather patient and indulgent person, as proven when she continues to use sarcasm to Oliver Queen's odd requests,. Conversely, Felicity is also portrayed as a jocular, socially-awkward nerd. She has a habit of babbling without censoring herself, and usually does so using innuendos with sexual connotation. One of her strongest attributes is her ability to surprise others that underestimate her, and Felicity is not likely to learn from her mistakes until experiencing them first hand

Haley James Scott
Haley is very intelligent and funny. She is kind and always likes to help people when they need it. She sees the good in people, as she did with Nathan. She believes there is good in everyone, even Dan whom she allows Jamie to start a relationship with. Nathan started to change when he dated Haley. At first, he wanted to date her only to mess with Lucas. But while they were dating, he fell in love with her. Haley is very protective and it's shown in the aftermath of Jamie's abduction. She likes honesty and hates adultery even though she committed the offense

Hanna Marin
snobby, outspoken, and funny. Hanna is rude and standoffish to almost everyone she meets, perhaps because she became so used to seeing the worst in people when she was overweight. But underneath her tough girl façade is a kind, loving, and loyal friend. Hanna is basically never what she seems to be – smart when she seems dumb, kind when she seems rude, rebellious when she just wants and needs love and attention.

Izzie Stevens
Izzie always thinks there's some good in people, no matter how bad they are. She is protective, kind, and pretty stubborn. She seems to get too emotionally involved in most cases, which she sees as a good thing, although others feel it's distracting and gets in the way of the medicine. Izzie is very loyal to all her friends, and in most cases, can be trusted.

Leopold Fitz
Fitz is socially awkward; but despite his awkwardness, he gets along remarkably well with his research partner, Jemma Simmons. He appears either jealous or very protective of Jemma when he sees her with another guy. He remains convinced that Ward can be 'recovered' long after the rest of the team consider him irredeemable. He is somewhat clumsy and awkward around Skye and sometimes Simmons. In Season 2 Fitz has shown to become more jealous and have a lot of angry outbursts due to his cerebral hypoxia. However, the rest of the team reassures him of his improvement. In the beginning, he seems to be able to 'click' with Mack and later, Simmons.

Mary Stuart
Mary is very passionate and strong. She loved her country and will do anything to protect it. She starts off the show as somewhat naive and too trusting but she soon begans to realize that the world isnt such a great place and is filled with some bad people. This causes her to toughen up and become more headstrong.

Peyton Sawyer
Peyton was initially introduced as the troubled, beautiful cheerleader, music and art-loving girlfriend of Nathan whom everyone wants to date. She breaks up with Nathan after realizing she deserved someone who truly understood, respected and loved her. Peyton was fiercely independent with a guarded heart and a tough life. Peyton's hardships have shaped her into a caring, unique, mysterious, rebellious and emotionally unstable character. She defies the cheerleader stereotype with her intelligence, her refusal to hide who she really was and her living life the way she wants to. She was one of the most motivational, strong and unabashedly real. Peyton is funny, smart and sarcastic. She is also very nice. She sees the good in people and wants to help them.

Scott McCall
Scott is naturally good-natured and kind-hearted. He is affable, loyal and optimistic. He has a tendency to be socially awkward and quirky, being considered a high school dork. Scott can be naive and stubborn. He tends to overlook highly probable risks and take his chances. Scott has an amicable and trusting nature, generally always willing to give most people the benefit of the doubt and see the best in them, but not always. He tends to stick to his first impression of people and it can take a long while for him to recognize that his judgment could be wrong. Scott does his best to be the protector his friends and family believe him to be, but his black and white view of morality is in conflict with the morally gray world he lives in and sometimes results in more harm than good.

Simon Lewis
Simon is intelligent and talented, especially with music. He's the first to find humor in any situation, often resorting to jokes to lighten the mood, out of nervousness, or to make a reference. He grows talkative when he's nervous, which is often, and isn't ashamed to admit his own weaknesses. Simon is unassuming and self-deprecating. Simon can be a good friend to anyone who reaches out to him. He is willing to put his fears aside to protect those dear to him, repeatedly expressing fear or unwillingness to do something only to proceed when he learns it would help someone he cares about. He prefers avoiding conflict at all costs, but will not hesitate to throw himself into the fray for the sake of someone else. He is not a bitter person and forgives those he loves quickly, although it is more difficult for him to forget if someone threatens or hurts his family.

Tessa Gray
Tessa is an intelligent person. She is brave and strong-willed, and is incredibly caring. While she is generally warm, kind and understanding, Tessa can sometimes be very stubborn. She is also immensely curious and intensely determined when she decides to be.
