One person every month is basically one person gets chosen every month and then they choose what goes on our banner and the spot look is basically based around them:) So there's two ways we can choose the person of the month.

Option # 1
The usual way we do it, which is where I put all the members in a pick and then we vote on a person every single month and they get to decide what goes on the banner.

Option # 2
{Suggested by Ale in the other pick} I'll assign each forum member a number and then go to random. com or whatever it's called and whoever's number gets picked they get to decide what goes on the banner:)

I think this way might be more fair, because otherwise it's always the same people who get picked first
