When michael got out to the front gate, he saw nothing but fresh tire marks. Also the officers who were assigned to keep watch were nowhere in sight. Michael began to make his way back inside when the officers pulled up. Angry michael stormed over to them. "Where the hell were wewe guys?" michael demanded. "We went to go get lunch...do something happen?" one officer said. "Yes! someone was parked outside here once again and i just got another threating phone call." michael alisema angerily. "Mr. Jackson please just calm down." another officer alisema calmly. "Calm down? You expect me to calm down when someone just threaten to harm someone i love!?I'll onyesha wewe calm!" Michael began to lunged toward one of the police officers, but the fellow officers held him back. "Mr. Jackson please calm down! No sense in wewe going to jail for battery! now lets go inside and review the secuirty footage." the officer alisema and he gestured toward the house.

They all headed to the basement and began to view the footage. Sure enough it was the same white van that kept inaonyesha up and speeding off. They still were not able to identify the driver because of the camera angle and the fact the window's were tinted. "Can wewe guys run the licsense plate?" Michael asked. One officer shook his head. "Sadly no...theres no licsense plate, apparently whoever drives this van has taken it off." Michael sat down and began to rub his temples on frustration. "Mr. Jackson i know things are very hard right now...we're doing all we can to protect wewe and your family." An officer alisema as he placed on of his hands on michael's shoulder. Just then Eli began to cry and michael got up and went upstairs without a word.

Later that siku Diane and the girls arrived nyumbani from shopping. "Oh daddy come look what we got at the store." Lizzie alisema cheerfully as she walked into the house. Seeing Michael nowhere in sight she began to walk around. "Daddy?Daddy where are you?"Lizzie alisema as she walked all around the living room. With no luck she then headed upstairs into Eli. There she found Eli asleep in his crib, kitanda cha mtoto mchanga and Michael sitting in the rocking chair with his face in his hands. "Daddy.." Lizzie alisema softly as she walked up to him. Michael slowly looked up at her. kwa looking at him Lizzie could tell he had been crying kwa seeing that he eyes were slightly red and puffy. "Daddy why are wewe crying?" Lizzie asked. Michael shook his head, got up and headed to his bedroom down the hall where he closed the door. Lizzie walked out of Eli's room and went back downstairs into th jikoni where Diane was getting ready to make dinner. "Mommy something wrong with daddy." Lizzie replied. "What do wewe mean sweetie?" Diane asked concerned. "When i went into Eli's room, Daddy had his face in his hands and i asked him what was wrong and thats when he looked up and i saw his eye were all red a puffy." Lizzie explained. "Where is your father now?", "He's in ya'lls bedroom." Lizzie said. Diane then headed upstairs to the bedroom which her and michael shared. When she opened the door she saw michael sitting on the kitanda crying. "Michael...baby whats wrong?" Diane asked as she sat inayofuata to him. Michael sniffled. "Everything....the fact we are being stalked....and today someone called and....." Michael's voice trailed off. "And what michael?" , "I think whoever it is.....is planning to kill you." Michael said. Diane was taken back. "Well do wewe know who it might be?" Diane asked. Michael shook his head. "The only thing i can think of is maybe its just some psycho shabiki of mine who wants to be with me....thats all i can think of." Diane alisema nothing, she was too scared at the moment to even speak. The thought of someone she didnt know wanting her dead was terrifying. Diane just hugged michael, they hugged for almost 2 dakika when michael broke the embrace and looked Diane in the face. "Trust me when i say this, i will do anything...anything to keep wewe and the kids safe...i'd honestly rather them kill me than you." , "Michael please dont say that...i understand that wewe want to protect me and the kids but dont go put yourself in harms way...michael i almost Lost wewe once and i dont want to lose wewe again permentley." Diane alisema as she began to cry.................................

t appears Katherine Jackson is going to do what Oksana Grigorieva couldn't ... appear on "The Oprah Winfrey Show."

Production trucks have arrived at the Jackson family compound in Encino along with two black SUVs. Members of the production crew told TMZ they are there for "an Oprah shoot."

A security guard told TMZ Oprah will not be inaonyesha up ... so this could be filming for an introductory segment of the show.

No word on what the interview might be about ... but we're guessing the words Michael and Jackson will be used often.

UPDATE 5:10 PM PT -- No one has left yet, but there has been a visitor ... the Domino's pizza delivery guy!

UPDATE 6:23 PM PT -- The production trucks are getting a parking ticket. Put it on Oprah's tab.

UPDATE 6:39 PM PT -- The two SUVs have taken off and the production crew has begun to load equipment. Looks like it's a wrap.

DUBLIN, Ireland — It’s half past four in the morning and I’m making my way to Dublin with Ray.

I have spent a fair amount of time in the back of Ray’s car in the last 34 hours. He is the driver, henchman for the fellow who owns the recording studio in the middle of no man’s land, Ireland. Not only is it a quaint studio built inside the grounds of an old stone classic Irish estate... it’s the new creative nyumbani of Michael Jackson.

And yes, I just conducted the first visit with Michael Jackson since he left the United States in June 2005. First off, let me tell wewe what this visit...

Dr. Conrad Murray won't just face the judge in his manslaughter case on Monday -- we're told an army of MJ mashabiki plans a little surprise of its own ... in the protest department.

A rep for Justice4MJ -- the shabiki group planning the demonstration -- tells TMZ that scores of Jackson mashabiki plan to attend ... and it's all going down on the freeway overpass near the L.A. courthouse.

We're told when the hearing ends ... the protesters plan to march from the courthouse -- then quickly mgawanyiko, baidisha for the overpasses as Murray makes his exit. They will bid Dr. Murray adieu as he drives off -- probably not in the friendliest of ways.

But we're guessing the protest is the least of Dr. Murray's worries.
Good news for the mashabiki of the king of pop – link, wewe can now sleep on Jackson’s kitanda in the Irish country mansion which was once the nyumbani of the late nyota and his kids, but, is now open to public. The estate owner Paddy Dunning is offering the holiday makers and the mashabiki of Jackson to live life like the king of pop. Jackson’s mashabiki can now stay at the Coolatore House for a weekend au so and sleep in Jackson’s kitanda for upwards of $1,500.
TMZ has learned the Holmby Hills mansion where Michael Jackson died is getting a serious boost in security -- so nobody messes with the super-expensive property while it's on the market.

Sources connected to the nyumbani tell us ... now that people know the nyumbani is "vacated and for sale, the property owners have increased security to keep it safe."

As we previously reported, the owners are requiring potential buyers to go through an "extensive pre-qualifying check" before they can even walk in the door ... just to keep out the riffraff.

The nyumbani is currently on the market for a cool $28 mil.
An MJ shabiki club is on a desperate mission to clean up the hivi karibuni graffiti onslaught outside the King of Pop's tomb -- claiming a few bad apples could spoil everything for MJ's non-vandal followers.

The Official Michael Jackson mashabiki of Southern California have extended an mizeituni, mzeituni branch to Forest Lawn Cemetery -- where MJ is buried -- offering to clean up the hivi karibuni wave of hidden vandalism outside the singer's tomb ... before the cemetery decides to ban MJ mashabiki altogether.

A rep for the group -- which organizes a monthly pilgrimage to MJ's burial place -- tells TMZ, they want to "fix this mess" so FLC doesn't associate MJ's upstanding mashabiki with a bunch of sharpie-wielding hoodlums.

As TMZ first reported, Forest Lawn is currently on red alert over the illegal doodles -- hunting down the artists responsible ... and threatening to ban any potential copycats for life.

No word if Forest Lawn will take the shabiki group up on their offer.
The mother of Michael Jackson, Katherine, do many projects at this time. Once prepared an album titled Never Can Say Goodbye dedicated to her son and now the information they want to undertake the production of a film about the life of the king of pop.

The film deals with the life of Jackson from his childhood until the death of large stars. The Katherine, in fact, intends to offer hundreds of hours of family video to Howard Mann, who wrote the album with her. These include hardware since the family moved from Gary Indiana to Los Angeles as soon as the Jackson 5 signed with the label Motown.

alisema even, that the Howard has paid richly-digit amount to the former partner of Michael, Marc Schaffel, for 26 additional hours of video material with the king of pop. The documentary "This is it in the preparation of the king of pop for the comeback, earned profits of 400 million U.S. dollars to the family.

Michael Jackson's estate is lashing out at the people behind a new MJ documentary set to debut in Japan tomorrow -- claiming mashabiki are being duped into believing the flick was authorized kwa Team MJ.

The estate has released a scathing statement claiming that flamingo Features is promoting the movie in a way that is misleading MJ's mashabiki into believing the film -- shot kwa former MJ confidante Marc Schaffel -- was properly authorized.

The estate also makes it clear it doesn't endorse the flick and none of the profits will benefit MJ's children. They also note that the movie is not allowed to contain any of Michael's music.

Schaffel doesn't appear to be bothered -- the above picha was taken moments zamani at the movie premiere in Tokyo ... where Schaffel took the stage and told mashabiki Katherine Jackson sent along her best wishes.

Tuesday, we shot video of Schaffel and Debbie Rowe boarding a plane to Tokyo.

Yes, Now its 1 mwaka without Michael Jackson, a mwaka without the Man in the Mirror, a mwaka without the king of the dance floor, a mwaka without the Stranger in Moscow, a mwaka without the Smooth Criminal. Thousands of people gather outside The Apollo Theater in New York, were he performed with the Jackson 5. Flowers, signs, teddies and candles adorn the entrance of the Jackson family home. At the time of his death last June, Michael Jackson was reportedly deeply in debt and had agreed to sign on for an unprecedented 50-date run at the O2 arena in London, as a means of turning his financial fortunes around.

But thanks to a flurry of merchandising deals and a flood of nostalgia-fueled muziki sales, his estate has generated nearly $1 billion in the past year,Billboard reports via Reuters.

Billboard broke down the chanzo of that windfall, determining that nearly half of it came from the robust muziki sales following the singer's shock death on June 25, 2009. Jackson has sold 9 million...

In the twilight of his career, Michael Jackson was almost as well known for the projects he never completed as he was for the ones that came to fruition. As the one-year anniversary of Jackson's death approaches, MTV News is taking a look at the many plans the King of Pop dreamed up before his premature end, some of which are finally becoming reality.
