When we got back nyumbani we changed into our dress clothes to go out to dinner. Lextina wore one of the dresses I had just bought her the dress was blue which had a laced back, she had pinned her hair up into a gorgeous style. The blue dress match perfectly with the sapphire jewelry I had bought her. When we arrived to the restaurant and was seated. I presented the jewelry to Lextina piece kwa piece. She was in owe, she hugged me tight then we shared a kiss full of passion and love.
We then ordered, Lextina ordered shrimp, kamba pasta, tambi Ole and a salad, I had the Wild uyoga Ravioli drenched in mizeituni, mzeituni oil with a salad. We also had a glass of wine to celebrate. For desert we shared a big ice cream sundae. Me and Lextina laughed, talked, compared stories, and just had fun, just like any perfect couple would; but it was one thing that seemed like Lextina had something on her mind. But she reassured me that there was nothing wrong.
After dinner, we went back home, we sat on the bench kwa the fountain., as the moon and stars gleamed on us, the light from it gave off such a beautiful shimmer on Lextina which made her look like a goddess. We talked for a while then cuddled and kissed. Lextina then alisema “Michael nyasi, nyasi kavu algo que necesito decirte”, “there’s something I need to tell you.” There was just a silent pause in between us; all wewe could hear was the cool breeze that blew swiftly. Then she quickly alisema “ Michael it’s nothing, I’m just nervous about starting the new job, I mean everything is just going too fast, me and you, and this job, it’s all just like a dream.”
As soon as I was about say something the sprinklers came on. Lextina then got up to go before the sprinklers turned in our direction. But I pulled her kwa the hand to follow me. She then alisema “ Michael no I don’t want to get my new dress messed up.” But I ignored her
We had fun and played through the sprinklers as we laughed and giggled so much til both of our stomachs hurt. Then the fun was over , the sprinklers had turned off. I then picked up Lextina and took her into the house, We changed into our pajamas and watched old sinema and junk, taka chakula it was fun and I was with the girl I loved the most.
