Michael and Frank arrived back at the hotel suite at eight p.m. Michael slumpled down onto the kitanda with a thud, and Frank crashed onto the nearest arm chair. They both sat there for a few moments trying to relax but unfortunately Michael's brain was still running full speed because of the day. Michael knew what that meant, no sleep for him again tonight. Frank looked over at Michael with his eyes wide open. "How can wewe not be tired after today? I'm tired and I didn't even do anything." Frank chuckled. "My brain won't slow down again," Michael alisema sighing. "Sorry Mike." Frank alisema because he's been with Michael so long that he knew what that meant as well. "Oh here I almost forgot to give this to you," Frank alisema while handing Michael a piece of paper. "What is it?" Michael asked opening it. "Its that number of that girl that tickled your fancy." Frank joked. Michael looked over at him and grinned. "Do wewe think I should call her?" Michael asked looking back at the paper again. "Hey Mike my theory is if something feel's right, go for it, don't pussy foot around it." "Maybe I will." Michael alisema looking back at the paper for a third time. "You know Mike she is a very pretty girl," Frank alisema getting up and nudging him. "Is that all wewe look for, looks?" Michael alisema looking at Frank. "It don't hurt Mike!" Frank alisema grinning. "Well i'm going to bed." Frank announced getting up. "Already?" Michael asked. "Yea today was a big day. Night Michael." Frank alisema leaving to his bedroom. Michael sat on the kitanda for a while longer debating on weather he should call her? Michael got up and went to Frank's bedroom door and knocked. "What!" Frank yelled. "You think she is out?" Michael asked a bit worried in his voice. "How would I know?" Frank yelled through the door. "But i'm not used to calling a woman Frank. Woman usually came to me." Frank opened the door and poped his head out through it. "Yes and that's exactly why you've had two wipe outs in marrigae!" Mchael rolled his eyes, "Yes, but she might think this is to soon? What if she has a boyfriend?" Michael alisema now extremely worried. Frank rested his head up against the doorframe and began to beat into it repeatedly. "Mike I don't think the girl would have aliyopewa wewe her number if she had a boyfriend!" "Yes but what if-" Michael began, but Frank raised his hand stopping him. "Michael if wewe want my advice CALL THE GIRL! Now goodnight!" With that he closed the door. Michael stood there and sighed "You think?" He asked once more. But there was no response on the otherside of the door. Michael walked over to his room and closed the door, sat down on his plush kitanda and began to dial the number on the paper that Veronica had written. Michael's hand was shaking so bad! He didn't know what to say if she was home? After six rings it went to her machine. He heard her voice on her tape and his moyo literally fluttered when her heard it. It was quiet but it wasn't loud it was just....perfect.
Michael decided not to leave a message on the machine, instead he decided to call his children to see how there siku went. When he heard his little children's voices on the other end of the line he melted and he some how forgot everything else.
The inayofuata morning Michael's alarm woke him up seven o'clock on the dot. He turned off the alarm and slowly made his way to the bathroom to get a nice hot shower. Michael actually fell asleep last night with the help of his pain medication of course. He knows he should not use them but he can't help it, he loves the feeling of just falling off into a restful slumber. After he showered and dressed he smelled the wonderful aroma of pancakes fill his room. He wondered out to the living room and saw Frank laying on the kitanda with a newspaper in one hand and a plate of pancakes with the other. "Morning Mike," Frank alisema looking up from his newspaper. "Morning Frank. Are the pancakes good?" Michael asked grabbing the extra plate that was laying on the jikoni counter. "Not bad." Frank alisema chomping on his pancakes. "Hey did wewe call that Veronica last night?" Frank alisema putting down the paper and focusing his attention to Michael. "Yea I did but no answer." Michael alisema taking a bite of his pancakes and nodding in approval. "Well it was early, i'm sure she was out." "Yea your probably right." Michael alisema taking another bite of his pancakes. "You know.." Michael alisema trailing off in his own thought. "What?" Asked Frank. "I could contact Herb Tomson and find out a little about her?" Michael alisema now getting up to find the phone. "Oh Mike not Herb! Doesn't this sound a little odd to you? Contacting your private I to spy on her?" "He won't be spying on her, he'll just find out some information about her that's all." Michael alisema now dialing the phone. Frank just rolled his eyes. "You know Mike your going to screw this up even before wewe even meet her." Frank alisema taking another bite. Michael did not hear that last part because the phone was already ringing. "Hello Herb this is Michael, how are you? Good. Now I need wewe to do me a favor I need to find out some information about this one girl for me. Good here his her name and her number. And I need this information as soon as possible. Thanks Herb bye." Michael hung up the phone with a huge grin on his face while sitting back down to eat another bite of his breakfast. "I suppose your little investigator is going to do your dirty work?" Frank alisema looking at Michael. "Frank wewe just don't understand. I can't just meet this girl, I have to know zaidi of her background." Frank rolled his eyes, "And what are wewe going to do if she finds out that wewe had someone look her up?" Michael just stared at Frank thinking of what really she would say if she found out. "I don't know Frank. But hopefully she will understand my position." "Well if wewe ask me your going about this all wrong." "Mabe I am and maybe i'm not whos to say?" Frank shook his head "Whatever wewe say Mike, okay i'm going to kuoga and change and then its off to the Empire State Building for your meeting." Michael nodded his head. He continued to eat after Frank left the room thinking 'Maybe I am going about this all wrong, but I have to see this girl. I have to there was something about her I just can't forget....I can't.'
Veronia arrived nyumbani from the airport. She dropped her bags at the front door and hit her answering machine. It showed she had ten new messages, who knew she would be missed that much in twenty-four hours! But of course with her business she was used to it. After listening to all nine the last one she heard some very light breathing and a hung up. Shs simply shrugged her shouldes. She walked into her niced sized jikoni and opened to the fridge to get a bottle of water. After she opened it and took a sip and stopped abruptly thinking 'Was it him? Michael Jackson calling her?' No, that couldn't be! She walked over to her phone and dialed her best friend sarah's number but everyone nicknamed her Faye don't ask why. "Hey Faye!" Veronica alisema smiling. "Hey girl, wewe back from New York?" "Yea just walked in." "I'm glad your home. hujambo did you-?" "Yes!" Veronica alisema smiling and giggling. "NO WAY!!!" Sarah alisema screaming. "You got Michael Jackosn's autograph!" "Yes I did I have the cd to prove it!" "Oh my! So how does he look? Does he look differant in person?" Sarah asked. "No. He looks the same as on stage." "What did wewe say to him?" "Oh nothing really, just hi." "You only alisema HI!!!! Are wewe nuts!!!" "What, what is the big deal? He is just like everyone else." Veronica alisema taking her luggage into her room and unpacking it. "He is not just like everyone Veronica! He is the King of Pop!" "So what that's a title it don't mean anything to me." "Your hopeless girl," Sarah alisema sighing. "Yes I am Faye." Veronica alisema giggling and hanging up some of her clothes. "Ok well i'll see wewe at work tomorrow alright?" Sarah said. "Actually i'm going in tonight." "Oh come on! Veronica, wewe need some rest and relaxation. I have an idea why don't wewe and me go to a spy this Saturday?" Sarah alisema hoping she would go. "No Faye i'm sorry but i'm really going to be working. wewe know i'm trying to finish up the newest catalog and then everyone is heading to Paris in a month." "Yes Veronica I know I have it marked on my calander. Ok but try to take it easy ok?" "Ok, luv wewe Faye." "Luv wewe zaidi Veronica." Veronica and Sarah have known each other since they were in their early teens. They basically grew up together. Veronica could trust Sarah with her life but she couldn't tell her this. She could not tell her Michael wanted her number because she herself did not think he would even call. But who knows stranger things have happened.

that wewe know wewe shouldn't have
The zaidi wewe know wewe shouldn't have it,
The zaidi wewe want it
And then one siku wewe get it,
It's so good too
But it's just like my girl
When she's around me
I just feel so good, so good
But right now I just feel cold, so cold
Right down to my Bones
'Cause ooh...
Ain't no sunshine when she's gone
It's not warm when she's away
Ain't no sunshine when she's gone
And she's always gone too long
Anytime she goes away
Wonder this time where she's gone
Wonder if she's gone to stay
Ain't no sunshine when she's gone
And this house just ain't no nyumbani
Anytime she goes away
I know, I know, I know, I know,
I know, know, know, know, know,
I know, I know,
hujambo I ought to leave
I ought to leave her alone
Ain't no sunshine when she's gone
Ain't no sunshine when she's gone
Only darkness every siku
Ain't no sunshine when she's gone
And this house just ain't no nyumbani
Anytime she goes away
