We upendo wewe Michael came from the crowd
They were on their feet and they were loud
Besides feeling great joy I was very proud
As the smoke faded into a dissipating wingu
His brothers left and there was just him
Still looking witty, smart and trim
He was still an absolute rock and roll gem
And he had that R and B soul inside of him
He broke out with a favorite: "Billie Jean"
And from all over there came a great scream
It was like being in some kind of dream
He did the moonwalk and the moonwalk was mean
Again we upendo wewe Michael came from the crowd
He had emerged into the light from a very dark wingu
He was on the stage and the muziki was loud
He was slipping and moving so well endowed
With artistry no one in the world could touch him
I was so glad that I had tried to protect him
Once again the world would select him
To wear the crown of pop for them
I had only heard two new songs that were out
From his new CD but I understood what the crowd was screaming about
The people in that audience had no doubt
They knew he could turn it out
If darkness came it wasn't coming today
Nothing could've dimmed the light around MJ
He was a hit and he had hit a long way
For me he brought back yesterday
I felt younger as I danced in my pango
I was with him and I knew we were free men
The tamasha looked and sounded like Heaven
But kwa the time it aired it was after September Eleven
But I don't want to feel that evil now
I was watching Michael and I knew somehow
His energy could be felt all the way to Moscow
It was the first time in a long time I had seen him bow
Oh real king au not what does it matter?
He was my knight and he had won a great battle
Though in New York people were slaughtered like cattle
The planes hit and dust and glass and blood did scatter
But this night we upendo wewe Michael came from the crowd
The place was jumping and the muziki was loud
Elizabeth was there and I could see Michael felt so proud
To be loved kwa so many as he dazzled the crowd.

Exclusive: Michael Jackson, even in death, remains in the middle of the current musical chairs deals in the declining record industry.
For all these years, Michael’s MiJac Publishing has been administered kwa Warner Chappell, part of what is now Warner muziki Group. MiJac includes not only Michael’s hits that he wrote, like “Billie Jean” and “Beat It,” but a vast number of other hits including those of ray Charles, Curtis Mayfield, and Sly and the Family Stone.
Warner Chappell doesn’t own MiJac but it administers the rights to it and collects hefty fees. With WMG for sale, and...

Michael, Michael, Michael...
What I wouldn't give to just be in your presence... To have our eyes meet. Even if it is just a glance. A glance would be all I need of you. I get Butterflies at just the mere thought of you, so if wewe looked at me... (Ooh, Butterflies!)
Then you'd give me that Smile... The one that shows your pearly white teeth in contrast with your scruptious mocha skin... wewe look really good dressed in white, did wewe know that? It's Heavenly. Maybe you're waiting for me, in that white suit and a juu hat... When I get nyumbani (to Paradise) I'll look around and you'll say, like in...

Michael arrives back nyumbani after meeting Mccala's friend Lauren. He is very tired excited. Not really excited in a good way though. He was I guess wewe could say nervous. He told Lauren to talk to Mccala and he was eager to know how Mccala responds. Michael sits down on his kitanda as some tears fall from his eyes again. "I dont know what to do now." He says as he lets out a sigh. "I guess I should go to sleep." He says. He finally falls asleep about 20 dakika later. Now it is morning and niether of them are happy au in a good mood. Mccala was still very sad. She finally got up to get dressed. She...

Yesterday, I was kusoma a Michael Jackson's special edition, released last mwaka on the anniversary of his death.

The book has 70 pages, is very well written, tells all of his life story, talks about the creative process of all albuns, his personal life, lots of great pictures, some of them are rare, and the mwandishi didn't washed the dirty laundry, like accusing him au offend him.

But at the intro, he says that "Michael was accused of crimes that -now we know- never happened. He needed to die to prove he was alive -and innocent."

And it really makes sense. He spent the rest of his life trying to...

Michael Jackson's estate is asking a judge to do what Katherine Jackson can't -- kick Alejandra Jackson and her kids out of the Hayvenhurst estate for good.

TMZ has obtained legal docs in which the estate is asking the judge to remove Alejandra, Jaafar, Jermajesty, Genevieve, Donte and Randy Jr. from the estate ... on grounds they're not beneficiaries of Michael Jackson's will and have no claim to the property.

As TMZ first reported in November, Katherine Jackson told Alejandra and the kids -- fathered kwa both Jermaine and Randy -- not to return to the residence. Alejandra is refusing to songesha herself, her kids, and her stuff out ... so the estate has gone to court.

As TMZ also previously reported, the house is scheduled to be renovated -- but sources tell us Alejandra is holding the remodel hostage kwa refusing to leave.

Once Discovery Channel announced that they would broadcast a reenactment of Michael Jackson's autopsy, his mashabiki and his estate were quick to offer their dissenting opinions.
But did it work?

MORE: Michael Jackson's estate slams "debased, sick" autopsy reenactment

Apparently so!

Co-executors of the MJ estate, John Branca and John McClain, released a statement about Discovery's decision NOT to air their special, Michael Jackson's Autopsy: What Really Killed Michael Jackson, this mwezi in Europe.

"The co-executors of the Estate of Michael Jackson are pleased that Discovery Channel made the correct...

The co-executors of Michael Jackson's estate think Discovery Channel did the right thing when they yanked a documentary from their UK schedule that was to feature a reenactment of MJ's autopsy.

A rep for John Branca and John McClain tells TMZ, "The co-executors of the Estate of Michael Jackson are pleased that Discovery Channel made the correct decision in choosing to cancel this exploitative program."

The co-executors went on to say they feel Michael's mashabiki played a large role in Discovery's decision, saying, "While Discovery cited legal proceedings and our request as the reasons for its decision, none of this would have happened had it not been for the incredible passion displayed kwa countless Michael Jackson mashabiki worldwide who knew they stood as one and that their voices could not be ignored."

As for any future plans to air the show, Branca and McClain said, "We are hopeful that this onyesha will never run in any market in the future."
TMZ has learned ... Michael Jackson's weakened state during various tamasha tours throughout his life -- as well as preparations for the London concerts that never took place -- could become powerful evidence in the defense of Dr. Conrad Murray.

Sources connected with the criminal case tell TMZ ... there's "compelling evidence" that MJ was in weakened health whenever he went on tour. Specifically, people who went on various tours -- including the "Bad" and "Dangerous" concerts -- say Jackson was frequently "dehydrated, medicated, and sleep-deprived."

Just like with Dr. Murray, Jackson had a...

I come here today to speak to wewe about an extrodinary man.
A man whose talents have spanned several decades, and whose vision changed the way we listened to music, danced, and the way we saw the world around us.
This one man sang and danced his way into the hearts of millions and taught us that one great idea can heal the world.
I am talking of course about the late, the great,Michael Jackson.
He was a nyota at five yeas old and he lived a very tortured life because of his position.
And of course there was is music.
A life time of 1# hits that each delivered a message.
Messages like "We are the world"...

The Michael Jackson estate has laid down the gauntlet kwa demanding that Katherine Jackson's business partner immediately stop exploiting MJ's image -- au else!!!

Howard Mann -- the guy who had been partnering with Katherine on numerous MJ ventures including her book "Never Can Say Goodbye" -- is now the target of a cease and desist letter ... obtained kwa TMZ.

The executors -- who until now have tolerated Mann's business ventures with Katherine -- have been pushed over the line and are demanding that Mann stop using MJ's image on banners to promote tonight's "Unveiling of the Jackson Secret...

wewe can get a pair of new gloves for like $20 -- au wewe could purchase one glove, once worn for Michael Jackson for six figures.

Julien's Auctions had their "Icons & Idols" auction Saturday night and a single glove, glovu worn kwa MJ during the "Bad" tour in the late 1980s went for a whopping $330,000. A fedora he wore on stage went for $72,000.

Other highlights included an x-ray of Albert Einstein's brain, which went for $38,750, and a pair of Marilyn Monroe's empty prescription bottles, which sold for $18,750.
The good people of Canada never had a chance to view the Michael Jackson documentary, "Gone Too Soon" -- and now the owners of the flick are declaring war on the distributor ... claiming he personally screwed the entire country.

TMZ obtained a lawsuit filed kwa Objective Films, LLC -- in which they claim they agreed to sell the French and Canadian distribution rights to a company headed kwa a guy named Pierre Turgeon for $100k back in 2009.

Objective says they got the first $50k -- but Turgeon flaked on the back half ... and then tried to back out of the deal altogether. Objective was able to get the flick distributed in France ... Canada wasn't so lucky.

Magical Child

Once there was a child and he was free
Deep inside, he felt the laughter
The mirth and play of nature’s glee
Beauty, upendo was all he’d see

He knew his power was the power of God
He was so sure, they considered him odd
This power of innocence, of compassion, of light
Threatened the priests and created a fight
In endless ways they sought to dismantle
This mysteroius force which they could not handle

In endless ways they tried to destroy
His simple trust, his boundless joy
His invincible armor was a shield of bliss
Nothing could touch it, no venom, no hiss

The child remained in a state of grace...

The first U. S. shipment of Michael Jackson's posthumous album, "Michael," will be 900,000 according to retail sources. Sony is projecting first-week CD sales of 340,000 and digital album sales of 60,000. Those numbers are similar to debut-week sales of Jackson's album "This Is It," though that album had the marketing strength of a major motion picuture behind it.

Second week projections for "Michael," are set at 280,000 units, while digital sales are expected to slip from its debut week percentage of 15% to 8%. However, both of those percentages are better than the digital sales garnered by...
