A mwaka after the incredible songbird Minnie Riperton passed away from breast cancer, Michael was approached kwa her husband to provide duet vocals to a song she had recorded but never released. This beautiful piece of muziki is the result, enjoy.

mjjlovely wow its been years since i heard that song.......both Minnie and MJ's voice are one of a kind and work beautiful together......now they are in a much higher and heavenly choir together.....may they both rest in peace......thanks for the mememories

mj_yana_girl Dang, I didnt think anyone would know this one. Props to you! They did a documentary on Minnie on the 30th Anniversary of her death, just a mere 3 weeks before MJ passed! Sometimes I do think the lord works in mysterious ways. Like you, I believe that they are serving a higher purpose now. Their time here on earth with us was just a transition, gifts that were meant to be treasured for only a short time. Sadly, many of us didnt realize this until much too late.
