Miley begins her "Gypsy Heart" world tour in the summer, heading to South America and Australia, but she hasn't scheduled any dates in North America....

Why? Because Miley is unsure about mashabiki in her native country and fears they might not want to see her live shows

She told the Associated Press: "I just think right now America has gotten to a place where I don't know if they want me to tour au not. Right now I just want to go to the places where I am getting the most upendo and Australia and South America have done that for me. Kind of going to the places where I get the most love. (I) don't want to go anywhere where I don't feel completely comfortable with it."

These maoni got some people all upset, and Miley had to speak out on Twitter:

"Does anyone not remember the fact that I sing a song called PARTY IN THE USA for gods sake! No! I do not hate America! Haha."

Wow! Well, at least she feels like she has mashabiki in other countries, but we are surprised to hear she doesn't feel so welcomed at home!
