Muse
sanaa ya shabiki
There’s nothing to be afraid of. It’s just the future. Hold on, strap down, extinguish your cigarettes and gasp. Gasp like suffocating mtoto wa mbwa about to be thrown back into the live-loving water. Gasp with joy. Like razor-blade systems witch dispense their own foam, like recordable DVD units and personnel skycars (coming soon, really). Like isotonic cold capsules, Internet-accessing mobiles and the sweet, sweat dream of 1.000 genetically cloned Christina Aguilera’s.

Muse are an amazing thing turned better. Muse has moved from magic trick to miracle, from mirage to oasis, from two to three...

Leave me alone it's nothing serious
I’ll do it myself
It's got nothing to do with you
And there's nothing that wewe could do

wewe can see it and wewe can almost hear it too
wewe can almost taste it
It's nothing to do with you
And it's still nothing that wewe can do

So come in my cave
And I’ll burn your moyo away
Come in my cave
I’ll burn your moyo away

Please close your ears
And try to look away
So wewe never hear a single word I say
And don’t ever come my way

Leave me alone
It's nothing serious
I’ll do it myself
It's got nothing to do with you
And there's still nothing that wewe could do

So come in my cave
And I’ll burn your moyo away
Come in my cave
And arrest me for my mistakes

They have been Marafiki since their formation in early 1990 and changed band names a number of times (such as Gothic Plague, Fixed Penalty, and Rocket Baby Dolls) before adopting the name Muse. Thank wewe to SomeRandomPerson for coming up with this!!

As always, read at your own risk…. kumeza your chakula and/or drinks before going any further, au wewe will choke with laughter!

Warning: A Non-Muser will not get any of the inside jokes below… so don’t even bother!

The new Muse record was never going to be an acoustic bluegrass covers album, was it? Still, the suitably intergalactic trailer for The 2nd Law has already divided online opinion, with the bass-heavy clip causing some dubstep refuseniks to break ranks from the band’s legendarily loyal following.

So what have we learned about the album ahead of its September release? The clues come right from the opening title-card, when a disclaimer states: “The following preview has been approved for all audiences kwa the motion picture association of Helium 3″, with not just a link to the official Muse...

Confide in me
Sustain on my apathy
You're such a mess
wewe can learn not to confess

wewe will not find it in me
Simply because I can't
Wake up and find it in me
I`m in a coma

wewe will not find it in me
You'll reveal all your pains again
We'll fall asleep
So deeply out of reach
For years feeling dead
We can fall right out of bed

wewe will not find it in me
Simply because I can't
Wake and find it in me
I'm in a coma

wewe will not find it in me
You'll reveal all your pains again

hujambo such a mess but I don't care
Simply because I can't
Wake and find it in me
I'm in a coma

wewe will not find it in me
You'll reveal all your pains again
Whether they wanted to au not, Muse have pretty much established themselves as the resident "Twilight" band. After being frequently shouted out kwa mwandishi Stephenie Meyer, the British rockers' "Supermassive Black Hole" was featured on the soundtrack to the first film. It surprised absolutely no one that they were asked to record a song for the sekunde flick in the franchise, "New Moon," but the band is pretty flattered to be the only artists to appear on both discs.

"It might be something to do with Stephenie Meyer and that she loves us," drummer, ngoma Dominic Howard told MTV News. "We met her quite...

Someone asked me about Muse’s performances on NPA (Nulle Part Ailleurs) a while ago. NPA was a French talk-show with a bit of muziki and comedy thrown in the mix. So, now that I have nothing to do (my inayofuata gig is still 10 days away), I’ve gone through my hard-drive and found some old video as requested.

Muse are currently in the middle of their much-anticipated North American Tour; but instead of following that tour through various fan-made video on YouTube, I keep indulging in their old material. Despite of what Matt might think about Americans and our knowledge of Showbiz (1999), I really do upendo Muse’s first album just as it is.
