I know lots lots of you will disagree with me but heres my reason:Both jutsus are extremly powerful and can crush the opponent into dust,so the two are equal in power,the point is time:it takes much less time to form a dust release than a Rasenshuriken.In order to form a rasenshuriken,first Naruto has to use a kagebushin.This is time consuming anh his opponent can use that time to make a plan(or do something else)

see thats what i thought to but then i thought also he can make multiple one now and use them in various ways were the other jutsu you cant really use it in and other way. I think this is pretty close to a tie. Also it takes people like jiriya much less time to do this jutsu naruto is just a bit... slow XD

No rusty746454 Naruto is the only one who can use Rasenshuriken,Jiraiya can only use Rasengan

Anyway,as I remember when the Forth Hokage created Rasengan his intention is to create a jutsu you can use without the need of hand seal,that will save you sometime 'cause you can make a quick attack while your opponent is still forming a jutsu.SEE THAT!that means Naruto's Rasengan is a COMPLETE FAILURE.His rasengan doesnt meet its original purpose.It takes Naruto at least twice the time his opponent need to form a jutsu

o i see sorry about that i just saw rasengan =] i guess i got a little carried away eh? and you are right as i said naruto is very slow at what he does. I mean think about it he wasnt even able to create a shadow clone at the academy it seems to be a reoccurring theme. Although here lately he has started to speed up. I am on a cross rounds here on this pick i cant give a definite answer =/ although i will stick with what i put because i think naruto's rasengan has more instore for us yet =]

haha whats why I want him a learn Flying thunder god technique next.He doesnt need more power,hes strong enough,if not more than enough.What hes lack of is speed(and something to defend against Genjutsu for sure)Naruto is a very strong shinobi,but not a complete one.He has too many weaknesses that his opponents can take advantage of

haha and as we have seen in the past they dont you know for some reason i always wanted naruto to lose. Because he goes up against people WAY out of his rank and yet.... he wins....and guess what.... it makes rusty....angry 0_0 lol i cant stand it! but yea he does have a lot of weaknesses you are right i mean he has almost godly strength at some things while others he worse than a academy student XD but i doubt he will learn it although it would be awesome! i love that jutsu =] but that was miantos trade mark just like the rasenskuriken is naruto's
