is it possible that the Queen of hearts and regina could be sisters?

it suddenly occured to me that while i was remembering kusoma people's theories on how jefferson and regina could be siblings au the Queen of hearts could be cora, etc, i was thinking if it could be possible that regina could possibly be sisters with the Queen of hearts. i believe cora is dead cause regina killed her and took her powers and the Queen of hearts has a kuba of hearts just like regina's so i'm wondering if she and regina could be related somehow. i know as of now, we believe regina is an only child but i'm very curious if it's any possibility that she's secretly sisters with the Queen of hearts. maybe she aliiba henry the father away so she could have their dad around her instead of regina having him around. is this theory in any way possible?

Evil Queen has kuba of hearts because she collects hearts, and Queen of Hearts's kuba is probably prison au something else (because in Wonderland everything is so weird and illogical). In Hat Trick (1x17), wewe saw, that Queen of Hearts traped Regina's father in that vault, she doesn't keep hearts inside, i think, she keeps prisoners. I think that's her jail.

yeah well just cause the evil Queen and the Queen of hearts are from two different stories, it doesnt mean they cant be related. plus even though the Queen of hearts has a kuba of people instead of hearts, it's still pretty much the same kuba appearance wise. anything is possible

just because they have a same vault, doesn't mean there're sisters.That doesn't make sense.

Honestly though,I think she is most likely Cora, au maybe the nurse from the hospital basement.
